This homemade Cowboy Butter is so delicious on grilled chicken and steak, but also garlic bread, chicken bites, roasted turkey, chicken wings, and so much more!

Cowboy Butter

salted butter ((2 sticks))

parsley

red pepper flakes

black pepper

garlic (finely minced)

juice and zest of ½ lemon

Allow the butter to come to room temperature before starting.

Into the bowl of a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, add the room temperature butter.

Beat the butter until creamy, then add in the parsley, red pepper flakes, black pepper, minced garlic, lemon juice and zest.

Mix until well combined.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl and turn the mixture out onto a piece of parchment paper.

Using the back of a spatula, spread out the mixture into a log shape.

Roll the parchment paper up and twist the ends like a piece of candy.

Refrigerate the log of butter for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to come together.

Cowboy Butter is flavored butter that can be used as a dipping sauce or formed into a log to use as a spread.

(1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter, (melted)

Dijon Mustard

chives, (chopped)

parsley, (chopped)

lemon juice

thyme, (minced)

garlic, (minced)

paprika

salt

pepper

cayenne pepper

Whisk together all ingredients.

In a medium bowl, add the melted butter, dijon mustard, chives, parsley, lemon juice, thyme, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, cayenne, and red pepper flakes. Whisk together until combined. This will make about ⅔ cup of butter. (You could also mix the ingredients in a food processor.)

Store in the refrigerator.

Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Place the softened butter in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the parsley, garlic, finely minced lemon zest, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Squeeze one lemon half into the bowl (about 2 tablespoons). Beat again until well combined.

Transfer the butter to an airtight container and refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours. When ready to use, scoop the firm butter over hot steaks. If you have any butter leftover, it&#39;s delicious on bread or tossed with hot vegetables.

Cowboy Butter for Steak

Unsalted Butter, (softened (see notes))

tbsp very finely diced Fresh Parsley

tbsp very finely diced Fresh Chives

tsp (not tbsp!) very finely diced Fresh Thyme Leaves

Garlic, (finely grated/minced)

Lemon

tsp Smoked Paprika

Worcestershire Sauce

tsp Chilli Flakes, (or to spice preference)

tsp Salt, (or to taste)

2x 220 grams/8 ounces Sirloin Steaks, (at room temp)

tbsp Vegetable Oil

Salt & Black Pepper, (as needed)

Combine all of the cowboy butter ingredients in a small mixing bowl.

Pat the steaks dry then generously season both sides with salt and pepper. Add a large cast-iron or heavy-based pan over high heat. Once the pan is very hot, add the oil and leave for 5-10 seconds. For medium-rare, add the steaks and leave undisturbed for 2 minutes. Flip them over and fry for 2 minutes, then remove and rest them to one side for 5 minutes.

Serve the steak with your desired amount of butter and enjoy!

Cowboy Spaghetti you know her, you love her, but you surely aren&#39;t going to love her as much as my Tik Tik Cowboy Spaghetti. This spaghetti is so good and as a hundred percent italian im almost ashamed to say it&#39;s my favorite way to make spaghetti. Ever! I took the cowboy spaghetti, but baked it and made it creamy. It&#39;s like a beautiful marriage between my Million Dollar Spaghetti and my Cowboy Butter recipe. So you are still going to get the same flavors from the bacon, ground beef, tomato base, and the seasonings, but we&#39;re going to toss the spaghetti in cowboy butter alfredo and bake it topped with cheese. This is not a recipe you can wait to make you gotta make this right now and I promise you you will not be disappointed. Are you ready? Let&#39;s make it! 

Tik Tok Cowboy Spaghetti

bacon (sliced)

onion

tbsp Lawry's seasoning

tsp black pepper

garlic (chopped & divided)

lb chuck

tbsp worcestershire

14.5 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes

tomato sauce

spaghetti

tbsp butter

chives

cayenne

½ tsp dried thyme

½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

heavy cream

pecorino romano

oz freshly shredded colby jack cheese

oz cheddar cheese

Heat up a pan and add in the sliced bacon. Fry the bacon on a medium - high heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and set it aside in a bowl. Use a paper towel and mop up half of the bacon grease.

In the same pan add in the chopped onions, lawrys, and cracked black pepper. Saute that on a medium heat for a few minutes until translucent. Add in the chopped garlic (6 cloves) and saute that with the onions for another minute. Then, add in the ground chuck and saute it for 10 - 15 minutes or until fully browned (if the ground beef produces too much oil you can remove all of it or some of it, I always remove about half of it and leave the other half).

Next, add in worcestershire, fire roasted tomatoes (everything from the can), and tomato sauce. Stir everything together and bring the pan to a boil. Once it's boiling, drop it down to a simmer, and let it simmer for about 15 - 20 minutes.

Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package directions until al dente.

In a separate pot add in butter. Once the butter is melty, shake in paprika, dried parsley, dried chives, cayenne, dried thyme, and crushed red pepper flakes. Saute the seasonings with the butter for a minute and then pour in the heavy cream. Give it a stir and bring the pot to a boil. Once it's boiling, add chopped garlic (2 cloves), and lower it to simmer. Let that simmer for 5 minutes and then stir in the grated pecorino romano. Let that simmer for 5 more minutes until the sauce thickens up. Lastly, add in the cooked spaghetti and toss it with the sauce until fully incorporated.

Grease a large baking dish, pour in the alfredo pasta, and smooth it out so it's even. Next, evenly pour the meat sauce over the top (DON'T MIX IT). Lastly, evenly sprinkle over the shredded cheddar, shredded colby jack, and the set aside crispy bacon bits. Garnish with some dried chives and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

All I can say is..... MAKE IT!  OMG! It was sooo good!
