Incredibly addictive Cowboy Corn Dip is made with Southwestern corn, rotel tomatoes, green chilis, pepper jack, and cheddar cheese. Make this crack corn dip for all your holidays, events, and gatherings!

Cowboy Corn Dip (Crack Corn Dip)

Southwest Corn (15.25 ounces each)

mayonnaise

sour cream

rotel tomatoes (1 can)

green chiles

cheddar cheese (shredded)

pepper jack cheese (shredded)

green onions (chopped)

combine

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir.

This Crack Corn Dip is my go-to party dip. As the name entail, it will be addicting to everyone who eats it. A double or triple batch may be necessary depending on the size of your party!

Mexicorn ((15.25 oz each can))

green chilies

green onions

garlic powder

salt ((or

pepper ((or

cheddar jack cheese

bacon

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix together and season to taste.

Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips, sliced baby bell  peppers for dipping.
