All of the flavors of cranberry sauce in a saucy, streusel-topped crisp! Cranberries are naturally sweetened with maple syrup and orange juice and topped with rolled oats, almond flour, cinnamon, and coconut sugar. The ultimate holiday breakfast or dessert! Just 10 ingredients required.

Orange Cranberry Crisp (Gluten-Free &amp; Easy!)

all-purpose gluten-free flour ((or store-bought))

coconut sugar

pecans ((roughly chopped //

tsp sea salt ((optional))

vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 C) and set out a 9 x 13-inch baking dish (or other dish of a similar size).

To the baking dish, add cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, and maple syrup. Stir to combine.

To a medium mixing bowl, add gluten-free rolled oats, almond flour or meal, all-purpose gluten-free flour, coconut sugar, chopped pecans, sea salt (optional), cinnamon, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil or avocado oil. Stir to combine, then use fingers to break down any clumps of sugar. Sprinkle over cranberry mixture.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cranberries are bubbly and tender and the top is golden brown. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. It’s delicious as is or topped with coconut yogurt, vegan vanilla ice cream, or coconut whipped cream.

Leftovers keep covered in the refrigerator up to 4-5 days, or in the freezer up to 1 month. Reheat in the microwave or in a 350-degree (176 C) oven until warmed through.

Cranberry crumble is a quick, easy to make dessert full of jammy cranberries and a whole grain crumble topping.

Orange Cranberry Crumble

Preheat the oven to 400 (200C) degrees.

Combine all ingredients for the topping in a bowl, using a fork or your hands to blend the mixture until it forms moist clumps.

In a saucepan, stir together all the ingredients for the filling except for the orange zest and place over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, then cook just until the cranberries begin to soften and pop, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and stir in the orange zest.

Transfer the cranberry mixture to a 9-inch pie or baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the cranberries.

Bake 20 minutes, or until the juices are bubbling and the topping is golden brown.

Serve warm or at room temperature.

Sweet apples and tart cranberries are topped with a buttery crumble of crunchy oats and pecans.

Apple Cranberry Crisp

Preheat the oven to 350 °F

Add the apples, cranberries, maple syrup, brown sugar, water, lemon juice, corn starch, and cinnamon to a large mixing bowl. Mix until evenly combined.

Transfer to a 9 or 10&quot; cast iron skillet or 9x13” baking dish. 

Bake on the center rack of the oven uncovered for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, stir together all of the dry ingredients for the topping. Add in wet ingredients and stir until well combined.

After 30 minutes, remove the crisp from the oven, stir, and top evenly with crumble topping. Return to the oven and bake for another 25-30 minutes or until the topping is lightly browned and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Lightly spray a 9-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.

Combine apples, cranberries along with the rest of the filling ingredients in a bowl.

Pour into baking dish and even out with a spoon.

In another bowl, combine the topping ingredients; sprinkle over apple/cranberry mixture.

Bake uncovered, for 55-60 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Serve warm.

Absolutely delish! But my confusion is about WW points. When I made this a month or so ago, it was 6 points for the same size portion and now it's 10! Did I misread something? I was enjoying my serving a lot last night until I tracked it! 🫣

- available fruit in freezer... victoria plum segments 
- preference: 
  substituted a friend's honey &amp; agave nectar, for maple syrup; 
  increased proportion of: porridge oats (and rough oats for quick-cook); and melted butter.

I messed and forgot to add the maple syrup until I’d put the topping on it. I’m sure the “sauce” would have been thicker had I made it correctly, but it turned out pretty well and it was delicious. Just the perfect balance of sweetness with the saltier topping. Yum!!! Will definitely make this again.

Delicious!  Fresh cranberries were not available yet in my area, so subbed dried organic cranberries and soaked them in water for 10 minutes before adding to the apples.

FANTASTIC and easy! I used 2 c of cranberries and only one Granny Smith apple which was 4 cups total and the same amount of maple syrup. Then in the topping I used the equivalent amount of Truvia Brown Sugar in place of the regular. Used the substitutions because that was what I had. Lol 🤣 The sweet and tart tastes were perfect together.

This was an easy weeknight dessert. Not too much work to throw together and bake. I served it with a scoop of ice cream.  Loved the tartness of the cranberries. Mine were extra big berries, so I cut them in half.

I added cloves and nutmeg to the mix and extra oats the second time and also used pears not cranberries and LOve it! Easy to substitute any fruit really.

This is absolutely delicious! The combination of sweet and tart is perfect. And the cherry, er cranberry on top is that it is gluten free so I can serve it to a friend who has celiac disease. SCORE!

I used regular oats (was what I had on hand) and opted for sugar free syrup and Swerve brown sugar substitute to lower the points.  The combination of the apples and cranberries was perfect. 

This is delicious and easy to make!  I saw another review that said it was too sweet.  I agree. I plan on using less maple syrup next time, and would double the cranberries to 2 cups.

Took this to our life group meal last night and we all agreed to omit the cranberries next time and add an extra apple or two to make up for it. Otherwise, it was a delicious hit and everyone wanted the recipe.

This is my husband’s new favorite dessert!  I have a rotation of desserts I generally go thru, but since the first time I made this, he has wanted it repeated.  Wow!  It goes together so quickly and cooks up so nicely, which is a bonus for me. 

Made this recipe for Christmas dinner (IT'S AMAZING) and want to make it again for my in-laws who are visiting this weekend. Any tips on making/preparing it in advance? Assuming the apples would go brown if it is not baked right away? Can you bake in advance and reheat? Thanks!

I followed the recipe as written but found it overly sweet.  The next time I make it I will reduce the syrup to 13rd cup.  

Like someone else said I substituted two pears for the cranberries. OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. I’m not a baker so this made me feel really proud of myself, so delicious, amazing out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla. A+

Can this be made the night before or does the crumble get soggy?
