This Cranberry Sangria Recipe is full of fresh fall flavors and is a festive drink to serve to your guests without a ton of effort.

Cranberry Sangria

1-750 ml Zinfandel (or other fruity red wine)

cranberries

oranges

simple syrup

orange juice (pulp free)

cranberry juice

Triple Sec

Club soda

Pour the wine into a 2-quart pitcher.

Add the simple syrup, orange juice, cranberry juice, and Triple Sec.

Add cranberries and oranges. Top off the pitcher with club soda. You may not use the whole bottle.&nbsp;

Stir to mix the juices and let the flavors infuse for at least half an hour before serving.

Cranberry Sangria aka Devil's Sangria

ml merlot

Cointreau (or any orange liqueur)

sparkling water

ice (if desired)

Pour the merlot in a pitcher, add the cranberry juice, Cointreau and the cranberries, stir well.

Put the mixture in the fridge for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.

Remove the mixture from the fridge and add the sparkling water. Stir well. Add ice if desired.

Serve with a big old Sangria loving smile!

Remember to allow your Sangria to rest for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving!

Fall Cranberry Sangria Recipe

100% cranberry juice (unsweetened)

sugar

ginger

cinnamon

Granny Smith apples, diced, divided

fresh cranberries, halved, divided

(750 mL) dry rosé wine

vodka

Combine cranberry juice, sugar, ginger and cinnamon stick in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring juice mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally, and cook about 1 minute until sugar has dissolved. Off heat, stir in 1 diced apple and ½ cup cranberries; let cool completely. 

Strain juice mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher. Add wine, vodka, remaining diced apple and remaining ½ cup halved cranberries; stir to combine. 

Chill sangria until ready to serve. Serve cranberry sangria over ice.

I made this last weekend and it was a HUGE hit at my happy hour. It was freezing here and it was perfectly cozy and refreshing at the same time.

This drink is cheerful, economical, and delicious. What’s not to like? Make it the night before and your pitcher will be ready to display on your table for your guests.

Christmas Sangria

cranberries (rinsed)

orange (sliced)

apple

pear

red wine (recommend Tempranillo)

club soda

Muddle the cranberries in a large pitcher. Use the back of a spoon to crush and smash them against the sides of the pitcher.

Add the orange, apple and pear slices and muddle.

Pour in the wine and stir. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Before serving, stir in tonic water or club soda. Serve cold.
