Quick and Easy 7 Ingredient No Bake Cream Cheese Pie Recipe Duck Dynasty.

Duck Dynasty-Cream Cheese Pie-Video

vanilla wafers (vanilla wafers)

pecans (chopped)

TBS butter

cream cheese

lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

CRUST LAYER:

Crush vanilla wafers to equal 2 cups.

Add the melted stick of butter.

Mix in 1 cup of chopped pecans.

Save about eight tablespoons of the crust mixture to top the dessert.

Add the pie crust mixture in the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan OR 8 individual ramekins. (see my video)

Bake the crust 10 to 15 minutes and allow to completely cool.

CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE:

Mix the lemon juice, condensed milk, and the cream cheese.

Once the crust has completely cooled, add the cream cheese mixture evenly on the pie or divide evenly between the eight ramekins.

Place the layered crust with the cream cheese mixture in the refrigerator for 6 or more hours.

When you are ready to eat this dessert, add your favorite pie filling to the top.

Garnish with a little Cool Whip and about 1 Tablespoon of reserved crust to the ramekins.

Old Fashioned Cream Cheese Pie

graham crackers crumbs (*about 12 whole graham crackers)

butter

oz cream cheese (*softened)

lg eggs

sugar

tsp vanilla extract

sour cream

tbsp sugar

Preheat oven to 350℉.

Place graham crackers in a food processor and process until crumb are formed or place them in a zipped topped plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Place crumbs into a medium sized mixing bowl. Add melted butter to crumbs and mix until well combined. Mixture will be granular and look similar to rough sandy.

Transfer cookie crumbs into a 9 inch pie pan. Using the back of a 1/4 cup measuring cup press cookie mixture tightly into the bottom of the pie pan and up the sides.

Bake for 10-12 mins. Remove from oven and set aside.

Graham Craker Crust

To a stand mixer or large mixing bowl add cream cheese and beat until smooth.

Add sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Continue beating umtil well combined.

Add 1 egg and beat until smooth. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat with second egg.

Pour filling into graham cracker crust. Bake for 15-20 mins.

Pull from oven and let cool for 5 mins.

Cream Cheese Pie Filling

Meanwhile, mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla together until smooth.

Gently spread sour cream mixture over pie.

Return to oven to bake an additional 10 mins.

Let cool for about 10 mins and then place in refrigerator to chill for 5 hours before serving.

Ounce Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

Lemon

9" Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Cup Cherry Pie Filling

Beat cream cheese with beaters until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until smooth.

Stir lemon juice and vanilla into bowl.

Pour into the graham cracker pie crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Top with cherry pie filling just before serving.

Where have you been my whole life! This recipe was just as easy as it was reading. I think j like this better thsn cheesecake. This Cream Cheese Pie is much easier to make than a cheesecake, but just as delicious! With its buttery crust, robust berry flavor, and creamy filling, this decadent dessert is perfect for any occasion but is easy enough for first-time bakers to tackle. Try with just one type of berry or a mixture with blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. Baked in the oven but you don&#39;t have to worry about the top cracking.

Berry Cream Cheese Pie - No Water Bath

Vanilla Wafers, crushed (about 3 cups whole)

tbsp butter

blueberries

raspberries

blackberries

sugar (plus 2 tbsp)

water

cornstarch

cream cheese (8 oz, room temperature)

eggs

vanilla

salt

heavy cream

Preheat oven to 400º. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.

Crush vanilla wafers and combine with melted butter. Stir with a fork and place in the pie dish. Press it evenly on the bottom and up the sides and tap it with the bottom of a measuring cup or any flat surface. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan, add the fruit, fresh or frozen, along with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Cook over high heat for 3-5 minutes if fresh fruit, 5-6 if frozen until the berries have softened and broken apart and it has started to thicken. 

Combine the water and cornstarch in a small bowl and add to the berries, cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly until it is thick like jam. Set aside to cool.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, add the cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, eggs, cream and vanilla and mix until light and fluffy. Pour into the prepared pie crust and even out the top. Gently pour or spoon the berry mixture over the top, spreading it so that it covers the pie.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is no longer jiggly. Let cool and then refrigerate.
