5-Minute Creamy Balsamic Dressing

balsamic vinegar (0.20)

maple syrup (0.30)

vegan mayonnaise (0.36)

Dijon mustard (0.02)

garlic, peeled (0.04)

sea salt (0.01)

black pepper (0.01)

olive oil (1.32)

water

Add balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper to a blender. Mix on high until smooth, then lower the speed and slowly add the olive oil.

Taste and adjust measurements — balsamic vinegar for more punch, maple to balance the tang, or garlic for zestiness. We like to thin ours with some water, but this is optional.

Serve immediately or transfer to a glass storage container and chill a few hours before serving. Happy eating!

To a jar, add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Seal and shake until well combined.

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. If it separates, seal the jar and shake or whisk the dressing until smooth.
