Thick and creamy, this Dill Sauce For Salmon is made with sour cream, Greek yogurt, fresh dill, chives, garlic, and lemon juice. It takes less than 5 minutes to make and intensifies as it sits. It&#39;s also delicious with roasted potatoes, chicken, or used as a spread for sandwiches. Easy and flavorful! GF

Creamy Dill Sauce For Salmon (5 Minutes)

sour cream

Greek yogurt

Tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1 medium lemon)

½ Tbsp finely chopped dill

Tbsp chives (thinly sliced)

garlic (finely chopped)

salt

Combine ½ cup sour cream, ½ cup Greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 ½ Tbsp chopped dill, 1 Tbsp thinly sliced chives, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, and ¼ tsp Kosher salt in a small bowl. Whisk well, then serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.

Creamy, tangy and packed with as much dill as I could possibly add in, this was an excellent dipping sauce.

Creamy Dill Sauce

mayonnaise

dill (chopped

granulated garlic or garlic powder

black pepper

lime juice

Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve, preferably for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!

Use half of the recommended amount of mayo. It’s very overpowering compared to the sour cream.

Maybe my expectations were low since the recipe is so simple, but this sauce is great. Served as a sauce with tilapia and pork chops three days later. Cooking for two, halved everything except the dill and the pepper because I like dill and pepper.
