An easy, delicious recipe for shredded slow cooker pulled jerk chicken, made with easy-to-find ingredients! Serve as tacos or over rice.

Jerk Chicken Tacos

thyme

nutmeg

cinnamon

Stir

Prepare the rub: In a small bowl, stir together the thyme, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, black pepper, and salt.

Drizzle

Drizzle the olive oil over the top, then mix to form a paste.

Place the chicken thighs in a 6-quart slow cooker. Rub the spice paste over the top of each. Sprinkle in the white parts of the green onions (reserve the green tops for serving).

Pour

Pour the diced pineapple in its juice evenly over the top, then the white vinegar.

Cook

Add the garlic and jalapeños. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

Shred

Remove the cooked chicken to a plate and shred.

Heat

Remove the pineapple chunks with a slotted spoon and set aside. Transfer the remaining cooking liquid to a wide saucepan and heat over medium high, stirring often, until thickened and reduced by half, 5 to 10 minutes.

Stir in the shredded chicken and reserved pineapple, coating with the reduced glaze. Serve the filling as tacos, topped with reserved green onion tops, red cabbage, feta, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs

Assemble

Assemble- In the insert of a 5-6 quart slow cooker, combine the garlic, salt, basil, lemon zest, chicken stock, chicken stock concentrate and wine. Stir until well combined, then add the chicken thighs. Turn to coat in the sauce, then scatter butter cubes evenly over.

Cook- Put the lid on, then set the slow cooker to cook on the lowest setting for 4-5 hours.

Lemon juice

The finishing touches- Just before serving, stir in the juice of half a lemon, garnish with extra lemon slices, and fresh parsley.

You'll love this easy crock pot recipe for Tuscan Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs! This Tuscan chicken recipe has tender slow cooked chicken, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes in a creamy sauce.

Tuscan Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

chicken thighs (about 6 thighs)

shallot (chopped, about 1/2 cup)

Heat the olive oil in a skillet on the stove over medium high heat. When the pan is hot, add the chicken thighs. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper. Brown on both sides, 2-4 minutes per side.

Transfer chicken to the slow cooker.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the shallot to the pan. Saute, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.

Pour the chicken broth into the pan and cook for 1 minutes, gently scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat.

Transfer the contents of the pan to the slow cooker.

Add the Italian seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and sun dried tomatoes to the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high heat for 2-2.5 hours or low for 4-5 hours, until chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

In a small bowl, whisk together the cream and cornstarch. Stir it into the slow cooker, along with the spinach. Cook for 5 minutes, until the sauce is slightly thickened.

Serve with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Stir the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and Italian seasoning together in a small bowl. Use your hands to rub the spice mixture all over the chicken, making sure they&#39;re coated.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then place the chicken skin side down into the skillet and cook it for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy; transfer to your slow cooker skin side up.

Pour the broth into your slow cooker, then add the diced butter and garlic. Cook the chicken in LOW for 4.5-5 hours, checking the internal temperature is at 165°F before removing it. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
