This easy candy recipe is perfect for holiday cookie platters or a quick homemade candy treat any time. Crockpot candy with caramel, two types of nuts and semi sweet chocolate is a favorite!

Crockpot Candy

peanuts

pecans

caramel bits

chocolate chips

Add the peanuts, pecans, and caramel bits to the bowl of the slow cooker. Stir to mix.

Top the nut mixture with the chocolate chips.

Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 1-2 hours.

When the chocolate is melted, turn off the slow cooker and remove the lid. Stir until all the nuts are coated in chocolate.

Use a small cookie scoop (1 tablespoon scoop) or tablespoon to scoop heaping a spoonful of chocolate covered nuts onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

When the sheet is full, place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes, until the chocolate is hardened.

This yummy Crockpot Christmas Crack is delicious and so easy to make! Perfect to add to a cookie plate or take to a party!

peanuts (I like to use one pound salted, one unsalted)

peanut butter chips

oz white melting chips

oz chocolate chips (I prefer semi-sweet, but any will work)

oz semi-sweet chocolate baking bar (optional, but makes the whole thing smoother.)

Christmas sprinkles

Place peanuts on the bottom of the slow cooker

Layer the chocolate chips, chocolate, peanut butter chips, then white chips.

Put the lid on and cook on low. At one hour, stir the mix. Stir every 30 minutes until it&#39;s all melted together, then turn off the crockpot. See photos above for a visual.

Spoon onto parchment or wax paper. Top with sprinkles immediately before it has a chance to cool and harden.

Add ingredients to your crockpot and cook on low for 1 hour then stir. Continue cooking and stir every half hour until completely melted. Spoon onto parchment paper and quickly add any sprinkles before it cools! Allow to cool, enjoy!
