This Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken is one of my favorite recipes. Everything is thrown in the slow cooker for an easy, creamy, tasty dinner on a busy day. It&#x27;s tender Italian chicken recipe with a ton of flavor. Serve over pasta or rice!

Crockpot Italian Chicken

chicken breasts

cream cheese

chicken broth

Place the chicken in a crockpot and pour the cream of chicken soup on top. Sprinkle dry Italian dressing mix on top. Top with cream cheese and pour in chicken broth.

Cook on low in the crockpot for at least 4-6 hours. Once chicken is done you can remove it from the crockpot and shred it with two forks or with a mixer. Stir the sauce in the crockpot until the cream cheese is fully combined and then stir in the chicken.  If you feel the sauce is too thick you can thin it to your preferred consistency with a little more chicken broth or milk. Serve over pasta or rice.

Crockpot Italian Chicken Recipe

Italian dressing seasoning (2 packets)

cream of chicken soup

Place

Place the chicken into the Crockpot and sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the chicken breasts.

Add the cream of chicken soup, the cream cheese cubes, and the chicken broth.

Cook

Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours; or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.

Shred

Remove the chicken breasts from the Crockpot and shred using forks.

Stir

Return the shredded chicken to the pot and stir everything together one last time.

Serve

This is my third time making this.. huge hit in my house, super easy! I feel like I season a little diffrent everytime, but so rich and creamy! Love!

Made this tonight and my family loved it! I added broccoli to mine and added my fettuccine. MY husband had 2 helpings and my daughter wanted leftovers for her lunch! Thank you for sharing!
