Cheesy&nbsp;Crock Pot Chicken and Rice makes dinner time not only easy but super delicious! Let your slow cooker do the work and come home to a delicious meal!

Cheesy Crock Pot Chicken and Rice

chicken breasts (thin sliced)

garlic salt

onion powder

black pepper

paprika

onion

garlic (minced)

white rice (cooked)

chicken stock

cream of mushroom soup

cream of chicken soup

mushrooms

cheese

parsley

Cook white rice and set aside.

Spray a 6qt crock pot lightly with non stick cooking spray.&nbsp; Add chicken breast and season with garlic salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.&nbsp;

Add diced onion and minced garlic on top of chicken and pour in chicken stock, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of chicken soup.&nbsp; Cover and cook on LOW 5-6 hours, or HIGH 3-4 hours.

30 minutes before done, add in sliced mushrooms and finish cooking.&nbsp; Once done add in cooked rice and cheese.&nbsp; Cover and let sit 5 minutes for cheese to melt, stir and garnish with parsley.&nbsp; Serve warm.&nbsp;

CHEESY CROCK POT CHICKEN AND RICE

This cheesy Slow Cooker Chicken, Broccoli and Rice Casserole takes just minutes of prep, thanks to your crock pot! It is one of my favorite crock pot recipes for quick family dinners!

Slow Cooker Chicken, Broccoli and Rice Casserole

rice

Dijon mustard

garlic powder

thyme

salt

chicken broth

chicken breasts

broccoli

plain Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)

Parmesan cheese

cheddar cheese

Place onion, brown rice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt and pepper in bottom of slow cooker.

Pour in broth and stir until well combined.

Add chicken to the slow cooker. Sprinkle chicken with additional black pepper.

Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours, until chicken is cooked through and rice has absorbed almost all of the broth. In my slow cooker this took 3 hours on high.

When the slow cooking time is almost finished, cook the broccoli. You can steam it on the stove or in the microwave, or roast it in your oven. (It is also possible to cook the broccoli in the slow cooker by adding it on top of the rice and chicken during the last hour of cook time. If you slow cook the broccoli it will lose its vibrant green color. I get best results when I steam the broccoli on the stove.)

When chicken and rice are done, remove chicken to a cutting board.

Add the plain Greek yogurt (if using), Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese to the rice in the slow cooker. Stir to combine.

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and add to the slow cooker along with the cooked broccoli. Stir and serve.

Garlic Steak Bites are the perfect little cubes of happiness. They're tender, buttery, and all-around delicious. 

Garlic Steak Bites

lbs beef stew meat

beefy onion soup mix,

beef broth

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tbsp minced garlic

oregano

yellow onion,

8-9 small to medium-sized russet potatoes, cut into bite-sized cubes

Spray the inside of a large slow cooker with non-stick spray. Add the beef, onion, onion soup mix, broth, minced garlic, and seasonings. Stir well to coat the beef in the seasonings. Add the cubed potatoes and stir to combine. Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese just before serving. Enjoy!
