This easy Slow Cooker Pork Loin recipe includes a flavorful garlic herb rub, and is slow cooker in apple juice for extra flavor! It is fall apart tender with minimal effort!

Slow Cooker Pork Loin

lbs pork loin

seasoning salt

garlic powder

Italian seasoning

mustard

onion powder

black pepper

apple juice

Trim fat off around pork loin if desired.

Combine seasoning salt (if you are reducing your salt intake, use only 1 tablespoon), garlic powder, Italian seasoning, mustard, onion powder and pepper. Rub all over pork loin.

Place pork loin in 4-6 quart slow cooker and add apple juice. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4 hours). *See notes below to cook from frozen.

Shred pork or remove from slow cooker and cool for 15-20 minutes to slice.&nbsp;

Optional: add barbecue sauce or other sauces and serve as desired.

pork loin (fillet or 2 tenderloins)

onion soup mix

Worcestershire sauce

beef broth

Salt and pepper

Add soup mix, Worcestershire sauce and beef broth to bottom of crockpot and whisk to combine.

Place pork into crockpot and sprinkle with salt and pepper.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Cover and cook on low 4 hours. Spoon your sauce over pork loin and cut and serve with juices.

This awesome easy recipe . You can just some beef broth I or water the meat will make a nice gravy I use onion mix but I do with out too and add fresh onion as well.

Make gravy!!! Throw some corn starch in and stir it up!!
