Creamy Crockpot Potatoes Recipe

lb red potatoes

oz cream cheese

cream of potato soup undiluted

buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix

dill

Place potatoes in bottom of slow cooker.

Beat cream cheese, soup and salad dressing.

Pour mixture on top of the potatoes.

Cover and cook on LOW settings for 8 hours.

Crock Pot Potatoes with Ranch seasoning are easy to make in the slow cooker with minimal prep and simple pantry ingredients. They&#039;re incredibly tasty and sure to be a crowd pleaser

Slow Cooker Ranch Potatoes

baby Dutch yellow potatoes

olive oil

(1 ounce) dry Ranch seasoning mix

garlic,

Parsley

salt and pepper

Parmesan cheese

Wash potatoes and pat dry. Cut in halves.

In a bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, Ranch seasoning mix, minced garlic, dried Parsley, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to fully coat potatoes.

Lightly grease the crockpot insert with nonstick cooking spray.

Transfer potatoes to crockpot and cover with lid. Cook on LOW for about 4 to 6 hours or on HIGH for about 3 to 5 hours until tender.

Leave the lid open partway during the last 40 to 50 minutes to crisp up potatoes.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dried Parsley. Serve hot.

Cheesy Potatoes in Crock Pot

5-6 inch medium Russet potatoes

bacon (, cooked and crumbled- if you add bacon, omit salt, optional)

chicken broth

ancho chili powder

fine sea salt

black pepper

butter (, diced)

Swiss cheese (, shredded)

scallions

Cooking spray

Line your crock pot with aluminum foil or a slow cooker liner. Trust me, so much easier to clean after the fact. Spray lining with cooking spray.

Place the cut 5-6 inch medium Russet potatoes, cooked and crumbled 1/2 cup  bacon, 1/2  cup low sodium chicken broth, 1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.  Dot the top with diced 4 tablespoons butter.

Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, or until potatoes are fork tender, tossing halfway through cooking.

Ten minutes before serving sprinkle with the shredded 2 cups Swiss cheese1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. When cheese is melted, top with chopped 1 bunch scallions.
