Strawberry Crunch Cookies

unsalted butter, softened.

granulated sugar.

brown sugar, packed.

egg.

vanilla extract.

all-purpose flour.

baking soda.

strawberry-flavored Jell-O mix (dry).

strawberries (optional).

graham crackers.

sugar (for topping).

strawberry-flavored sprinkles (optional).

Preheat

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream Ingredients

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add Wet Ingredients

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
