A one pan Paleo, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Paleo, Low Carb dinner that&#039;s bursting with flavor!

Butter Chicken Meal Prep (Whole30, Low Carb)

chicken

coconut cream

olive oil

lemon juice

Tablespoon garam masala ((see recipe linked above))

turmeric

Tablespoon ginger (minced)

garlic

Tablespoon ghee

onion

ginger

tomato

Tablespoon cumin

Tablespoon garam masala

coriander

salt

jalapeno (optional)

Tablespoon cilantro

cauliflower rice

lime sliced

Mince the garlic and ginger. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.&nbsp;

Mix all the marinade ingredients together with the chicken. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.&nbsp;

Marinate the Chicken

Dice the onion and seed and dice the jalapeno, if using (wear gloves!). Mince the garlic and ginger.

In a large skillet, heat the ghee over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, and saute together for about 4-5 minutes or until softened.

Spoon the onion mixture into your blender and blend on high. Add the tomatoes, jalapeños, and seasonings and blend it all together once more until smooth.&nbsp;

Make the Sauce

Add the chicken to the same skillet, and brown the pieces on all sides for about 4 minutes.&nbsp;

Pour in the sauce and bring it to a simmer. Cook everything together over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes, or until the sauce is reduced by about a third but is still creamy and dreamy.&nbsp;

Stir in the coconut cream and an extra tablespoon of ghee (optional).&nbsp;Season to taste with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with cilantro and serve with cauliflower rice and a squeeze of lime juice.

Cook the Dish

Easy and delicious no yeast vegan pizza dough! Perfect for dinner or just because. Super easy to make, completely vegan, and can be gluten free! 

No Yeast Vegan Pizza Dough

bread flour ((see post

tbsp baking powder

tsp sugar ((optional))

tsp salt

water

olive oil ((optional))

apple cider vinegar ((optional))

Preheat oven to 550 degrees F.  *If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.  

Add dry ingredients to a large bowl. Stir or whisk together. 

Make a well in the middle of ingredients. 

In a large measuring cup, add water, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil. 

Pour them together into the well created in dry ingredients. 

Use a spatula to combine ingredients together until a ball almost completely forms. 

Turn out dough ball onto a lightly flour surface and knead together for a few minutes, adding a tablespoon more flour at a time, until no longer sticky. 

Lay out a sheet of parchment paper and sprinkle corn flour down (or more or whatever flour using). 

Place dough ball on the paper and roll out into a circle. 

Use fingers to lightly indent a crust about 1/2 inch into the pizza dough. 

Add sauce lightly, especially in the middle. *Don&#039;t add too much or you will have a soggy dough. 

Add desired toppings. 

Carefully transfer dough to the pizza stone in the oven or place on a baking sheet. 

Bake pizza for 8-12 minutes or until starting to turn golden brown on the crust. 

Remove from oven and brush the crust with vegan butter if desired. 

Let cool and slice and serve.

No Yeast Vegan Pizza Dough - 2 Ways | Gluten Free, Oil Free Options

A super simple one-pan dinner that&#039;ll please a crowd!

French Onion Pork Chops Skillet (Whole30, Paleo)

lb boneless pork chops (or pre-seasoned AdapTable boneless pork chops)

Tablespoon olive or avocado oil

white onion

Tablespoon balsamic vinegar

broth

garlic powder

onion powder

black pepper

red pepper

oregano

thyme

Green Beans (steamed

parsley

salt and pepper (to taste)

Heat the oil to a large skillet. Pat the pork chops with some paper towels so they’re dry. Season them generously on both sides with all the seasonings, then add them to the hot pan. Don’t move them in the pan as they’re searing, and allow them to brown on each side for about 3 minutes, turning just once. Set them aside on a plate.

Brown the Pork Chops

Thinly slice the onion and mince the garlic.

Add sliced onions to the same skillet. Lower the heat and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened completely. Add the garlic and vinegar, season with salt, and stir.

Cook the Onions

Last, whisk in the coconut cream and broth, scraping the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon. Return the pork chops to the skillet.

Bring to a simmer and cook everything together over low heat for another 5-6 minutes or until cooked through (the time will depend on the thickness of your pork chop). Use a meat thermometer to test the internal temperature once it’s rested - it should be 145F.

Simmer &amp; Finish

Sprinkle with some parsley and serve your pork chops with a spoonful of onions and sauce, and whatever green veggie you like!I prefer to serve with green beans but roasted broccoli, roasted potatoes, asparagus, or a simple salad would all work well!

French Onion Pork Chops

These vegan TVP meatballs are easy to make and taste absolutely delicious! Perfect for spaghetti, subs, and more!

Vegan TVP Meatballs

textured vegetable protein (TVP)

vegetable broth

sweet onion, (diced)

tsp Italian Seasoning

tsp smoked paprika

soy sauce ((or alternative))

yeast

tbsp panko bread crumbs ((use GF crumbs if needed))

oat flour ((other flours work))

salt and black pepper, (to taste)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a small sauce pan bring vegetable stock to a boil. Add TVP to a bowl and pour boiling stock over the TVP.  Cover and let sit for 5 - 10 minutes until completely soaked up.

Place all the remaining ingredients into the bowl with the TVP. Using a handheld mixer, mix evenly until it can stick together. Add extra breadcrumbs 1 tbsp at a time if needed to help bring together if needed.

Using a 1 tbsp scoop, scoop out mixture and shape into a ball.

Bake for about 12 - 15 mins until browned.Alternatively - cook at 400 degrees F in an air fryer for 10-15 minutes. Or add a few tablespoons of oil to a skillet over medium, then fry for 5-8 minutes, or until all sides are browned.

Easy Homemade Vegan Spaghetti and Meatballs | You're Going to Want to Try This!

This Dairy-Free Tuscan Chicken recipe is INCREDIBLY delicious! Made with cooked chicken that&#39;s smothered in a creamy, savory sauce, sliced mushrooms, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes, this flavorful recipe is a family favorite for dinner. Healthy, lower-carb, dairy-free, gluten-free, and Whole30 approved!

Dairy-Free Tuscan Chicken

chicken breasts

avocado oil (divided)

yellow onion, chopped

mushrooms

cashew butter (room temperature)

almond milk (room temperature)

chicken broth

Italian seasoning

almond flour

spinach

sun-dried tomatoes

salt/pepper (to taste)

Cut Chicken Breasts

Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally.

Add Seasoning

Add salt and pepper to the chicken (and any other seasoning of choice).

Cook Chicken

Place 2 Tablespoons of oil in a skillet or pan and cook the chicken over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side.

Set Aside

Cook Onions

Place 1 Tablespoon of oil in the pan and cook the chopped onions for about 1-2 minutes.

Cook Mushrooms

Add in the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 7-10 minutes, or until they are tender.

Whisk Sauce

While the mushrooms are cooking, create the sauce by whisking together the cashew butter, almond milk, chicken broth, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.

Whisk Almond Flour

Place the remaining oil (1 Tablespoon) and almond flour in the pan and whisk for about 2-3 minutes.

Cook Sauce

Pour the sauce into the pan and whisk for another 2-3 minutes, allowing it to slightly thicken and reduce.

Add Tomatoes &amp; Spinach

Add in the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach and stir.

Add Chicken &amp; Mushrooms

Add the chicken breasts and mushrooms back in, coating with the sauce and letting them heat back up for about 1 minute.

Remove From Heat
