The most delicious all natural dairy free smoothie you will ever have! It is sweetened with dates for wonderful flavor.

Easy Date Shake

oz Almond Milk

tbsp Almond Butter

tsp Ground Cinnamon

Dates (pitted, softened)

Banana (frozen, sliced)

Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until creamy. Enjoy!

A date shake is a great way to start your day. Made with all natural ingredients and no added sugar, this date smoothie is packed full of protein and fiber

Date Shake

bananas (frozen)

dates (pitted)

cinnamon

chia seeds

peanut butter

almond milk

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend for 60-120 seconds until you get a smooth and creamy texture.

Taste the smoothie, adding more milk if it is too thick or adding more sweetener if it’s not sweet enough for you. Pour into a cup or mason jar. Enjoy immediately, or store in fridge for up to 24 hours.

This smoothie doesn't taste like dates, the bananas and peanut butter over take it! The dates don't chop up! I didn't think to cut them at first because I thought they'd blend and they didn't. But I chopped them up and they still didn't blend but there should be a size to chop them up to 😐.  My blender is good by the way. This recipe is extremely misleading.

Chocolate and Date Smoothie

oats

milk ((your choice))

dates

cocoa powder

dsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)

Add all ingredients to the jug of a power blender. Blend until smooth.

Instructions for power blenders.

Mix all ingredients together in a container and leave in the fridge overnight.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Blitz with a stick blender in the morning, and enjoy!

I'm not a huge smoothie fan, but this may have changed my mind as it sounds delicious.
