This deconstructed, no-fuss Salmon Sushi Bowl will satisfy all of your sushi cravings without having to go out! Comes together in just 10 minutes!

Salmon Sushi Bowl

rice

salmon,

Hass avocado, sliced

Persian cucumbers, sliced

green onions, chopped

Pickled ginger

Nori (seaweed) strips

Black and white sesame seeds

soy sauce

Divide the sushi rice into two shallow bowls.

Top each bowl evenly with the cubed salmon, avocado slices, cucumbers, and green onions.

Place a tablespoon of pickled ginger in the middle of the bowl.

Sprinkle the sushi bowls with nori strips and sesame seeds.

Serve with a side of low-sodium soy sauce for drizzling.

I have never thought about whether salmon was sushi grade or not, but it makes so much sense! The kids especially love sushi, so great for us to make at home (and I can make enough to satisfy everyone without spending a fortune!).
