Slice oranges with a Mandoline so that they are anywhere from 1/8&quot; to 1/4&quot; in thickness. Keep in mind the thinner they are the less time they&#039;ll need to dehydrate.

Arrange orange slices on dehydrator trays, leaving room for air circulation.

Set the dehydrator to 135 degrees F (fruit/vegetable setting). Start checking the orange slices after 2 to 3 hours.

Depending on the thickness of the slices, it can take anywhere from 3 to 7 hours for the slices to completely dry. Sometimes it&#039;s helpful to flip the orange slices over to the other side halfway through the process.

Slice the oranges into thin slices (1/8&quot; to 1/4&quot;) in thickness.

Arrange in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

If you want to make the orange slices even sweeter, you can sprinkle the slices with some brown sugar and your favorite spices. If you know me at all, you know that I used cardamom.

Bake in the oven at 200-degrees F. for 3 to 4 hours, depending on the thickness.

Dried Mango

mangos ((any variety))

lemon juice or sugar ((optional topping))

Cut the mangos into thin slices, about ¼&quot; thick. You want the slices to be as similar in size and thickness as possible so that they all dry at the same rate.

Place the mango pieces on the tray of a dehydrator. Make sure to leave room around each slice so that the air can circulate them. You can sprinkle with sugar or lemon juice if desired, but it&#39;s not necessary.

Place the lid on the dehydrator and set it to 135ºF. It will take anywhere from 6-10 hours for the mangos to fully dehydrate. Start checking them around 6 hours. You want them to be just a little rubbery but not wet. I prefer my dried mango to be pliable and not completely crisp so I usually stop the drying at 6 hours. They will firm up a bit more once they cool. You may need to remove some smaller pieces first and keep dehydrating any larger pieces a little longer.

Store the dried mango pieces in a sealable container in a cool dark place or freeze them for later.

Air Fryer Dehydrated Strawberries

Wash and dry strawberries. Slice the strawberries into even slices between ¼- to ⅛-inch thick and dispose of the green leaves and stem.

Preheat air fryer to 180 degrees F. If your air fryer only goes down to 200 degrees, preheat to 200.

Remove the basket from the air fryer. Add a piece of parchment paper cut to fit the base.

Add the strawberry slices in an even single layer and air fry for 1 hour (45 minutes if your air fryer is at 200 degrees). Flip halfway through.

When the strawberries are fully dried, remove from the air fryer basket and serve or store for later use.

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Slice the strawberries into ¼- to ⅛-inch thick slices and place them in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook until the strawberries are fully dried, flipping occasionally, about 2 hours.

Place ¼-inch thick sliced strawberries on the trays of your dehydrator in an even layer without the berries touching. Close the dehydrator doors.

Dehydrate the strawberries at 135 degrees Fahrenheit for about 8 hours, or until fully dried.
