This delicious chocolate lasagna is made on an Oreo crust and has layers of cream cheese, chocolate pudding and finished with a whipped topping. Easy to make, this no bake dessert is a real show stopper.

Chocolate Lasagna Recipe

Oreos (not double stuffed, with filling)

Tbs butter

½ 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened

sugar

Tbs milk

tsp vanilla extract

oz whipped topping (16 oz total, divided in half)

chocolate pudding mix

milk

oz whipped topping

mini chocolate chips

Process

Make first layer by combining Oreos and melted butter in a food processor. Grind until Oreos have been fully pulverized, and no large chunks of Oreo remain.

Spread

Spread ground Oreos into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan and firmly press down. Make sure Oreos reach all the way to the edges.

Combine

Make second layer by combining cream cheese, sugar, 1 Tbs milk, vanilla extract, and 8 oz whipped topping. Beat until smooth.

Spread cream cheese mixture carefully over the Oreo crust, making sure to smooth the top.

Beat

Make chocolate pudding layer by beating together chocolate pudding mix and 3 cups milk until smooth.

Pour

Pour over cream cheese layer and spread to the edges.

Top the chocolate pudding with the remaining half of the whipped topping. Spread carefully all the way to the edges of the pan.

Sprinkle

Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over whipped topping layer

Chill

Chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours or until set.

Pumpkin Pie Dessert Lasagna

graham

unsalted butter (170 grams, melted (1½ sticks))

low-fat cream cheese

heavy cream (57 grams)

sugar (113 grams)

pumpkin

pumpkin pie spice (5 grams)

lite Cool Whip (566 grams, divided (2½ containers))

white chocolate (170 grams, melted)

ladyfinger cookies (124 grams)

pumpkin spice baking chips (170 grams (SEE NOTE))

pecans (114 grams, optional)

Preheat

Preheat oven to 350°F. Set out a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Crush

Place the graham crackers in a gallon Ziplock bag (sealed) and crush using a rolling pin. Crush into as small of pieces as possible. Pour melted butter into the bag and reseal, then knead the butter into the grahams until well combined. Pour the graham mixture into the bottom of the baking pan and press firmly. This will be your crust. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.

Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add the heavy cream and whisk until well combined. Add the powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined. Add 1 (8-ounce) container of Cool Whip and whisk on high for 1-2 minutes, until fluffy and completely smooth. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine the other 8-ounce container of Cool Whip with the melted white chocolate. Whisk until completely combined and smooth. Set aside.

Once your crust is cooled, top with half of the pumpkin mousse and spread it around to form an even layer. Top with lady fingers (put them into even rows) and then top with the rest of the pumpkin mousse. Top the mousse with the white chocolate whip cream and spread out evenly. Spread a thin layer of regular Cool Whip (the remaining half of an 8-ounce container) over everything and sprinkle on pumpkin spice chips and pecans.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. You can also freeze if you prefer it to be less creamy. If freezing, take out of freezer 30 minutes before serving.

In a food processor finely crushed Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. If you don’t have food processor, place Oreo cookies into ziplock bag and crush the cookies with a rolling pin.

Using a fork mix crushed Oreo with melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of 9 x 13 inches dish. Place in the fridge to firm.

Beat cream cheese, softened butter, sugar and vanilla until it’s light and creamy. Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread the mixture over the crust and place in the fridge.

In a medium bowl mix chocolate instant pudding with 2 and 3/4 cups cold milk. Whisk for a few minutes until the pudding starts thickening. Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Spread 2 cups Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with crushed Oreo. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

Garnish with Peeps and Easter egg candies.

Sry disappointed in the chocolate lasagna. The cream cheese filling is not light enough to spread over the layer of Oreo.  The oreo crumbles mix in with the spread and it is a complete mess. I will delete this pin for sure.

Very Berry Dessert Lasagna

36 Golden Oreo cookies

½ cup unsalted butter-melted

strawberry flavored gelatin (like Jello)

water

Greek yogurt-cold

strawberries

¼ cups Cool Whip

½ cup unsalted butter-softened

cup powdered sugar

cream cheese-softened

¼ cup Cool Whip

berry blue gelatin (like Jello)

blueberries

½ -3 cups Cool Whip

white chocolate bar or block-to make the curls

To make the crust ground whole Oreo cookies with the filling in a food processor to make fine crumbs.

In a bowl stir together ½ cup melted butter with Oreo crumbs until evenly moistened, then press the mixture in the bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish, set in the freezer to firm while making next layer.

Oreo Crust

In a large heath proof bowl place strawberry Jello, add 2/3 cup boiling water and stir to dissolve completely.

Whisk in ¾ cup cold strawberry Greek yogurt until combine, then stir in diced strawberries. Add 2 ¼ cups Cool Whip and mix until combine evenly.

Pour the mixture over Oreo crust layer and smooth the top. Place in the freezer for 25-30 minutes to set.

Strawberry Layer:

In a bowl cream together ½ cup softened butter, 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add 1 ¼ cup Cool Whip and mix to combine.

Spoon over strawberry layer and gently spread into an even layer. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm.

Cheesecake Layer:

In a large bowl place berry blue Jello, add 2/3 cup boiling water and stir to dissolve completely.

In a food processor pulse blueberry Greek yogurt and fresh blueberries. Then, pour the mixture in the Jello and whisk to combine.

Add 2 ¼ cups Cool Whip and mix until combine evenly. Pour the mixture over cream cheese layer and smooth the top.

Blueberry Layer:

Refrigerate until set, then spread 2 ½ -3 cups whipped cream on top.

To make the curls, carefully draw a vegetable peeler across the broad surface of a bar of white chocolate at room temperature. Sprinkle curls on top. Refrigerate for 2 more hours before serving, or overnight.

Garnish with fresh blueberries and diced strawberries before serving.

Topping:

It means layers like lasagna, so get over yourself and just enjoy the recipe like the rest of us do. Don't like it then  look somewhere else !!!

Strawberry Delight is a layered dessert with a graham cracker base, fresh strawberries, no-bake cheesecake and homemade whipped cream.

No-Bake Strawberry Delight

(240 grams) graham cracker crumbs

½ cup (113 grams) unsalted butter

lbs (32 ounces) fresh strawberries, washed and dried

(452 grams) full-fat cream cheese

(48 grams) granulated sugar

lemon juice

(5 milliliters) pure vanilla extract

(236 milliliters) heavy whipping cream

(65 grams) powdered sugar

strawberry Jello mix

Grind the graham crackers into a fine crumb using a food process or blender. Combine with melted butter and stir until the crackers are coated. Press into a 9&#215;9 pan. Refrigerate the crust while you prepare the remaining ingredients.

For the Crust

Thoroughly wash and dry all the strawberries, and remove the stems. Slice 1 cup of strawberries into small pieces, about the size of a dime. Then chop the rest lengthwise. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Prepare a batch of whipped cream. Chill the bowl in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Beat the heavy whipping cream in the chilled bowl at medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Slowly add the powdered sugar and continue beating at high speed until stiff peaks form. Set it aside.

Beat the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract and beat until it’s smooth and free of lumps. Then mix in the prepared whipped cream, and stir with a spatula until it’s well mixed.

Divide the mixture in half. To one half, add the strawberry jello and 1 cup of finely chopped berries, and stir until combined.

For the Filling

Layer the sliced strawberries over the graham cracker crust, overlapping and filling the gaps.

Spread the cheesecake filling overtop of the strawberries, followed by the strawberry cheesecake filling.

Prepare the second batch of whipped cream as instructed above. Decorate using 1M piping tip fitted in a large piping bag, or spread evenly over top. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 4-6 hours until serving.

To Assemble:

I made this and it is so delicious!!!  I used the heavy whipping cream, divided it in half.  Put the white mixture down on top of the strawberries and then the mixture with the jello and strawberries.  I served it with a dollop of cool whip with crushed freeze dried strawberries on each piece that I served:-)  It looked very elegant and everyone absolutely loved it.  Will definitely make this again!!!
