Detox Vegetable Soup

- Zucchini (chopped)

- Bell pepper (chopped)

Cauliflower (chopped)

- Cabbage (chopped)

- Carrots (chopped)

onions

- Spinach (chopped)

beans

Ginger (grated)

Salt (to taste)

Pepper Powder

Lemon

Water

Add all the vegetables and ginger in the inner pot of an instant pot.

Add water, salt, and pepper powder. Mix well.

Cover the instant pot with its locking lid, set the vent valve on the sealing position.

Press the manual/pressure button and set the time for 2 minutes under high pressure.

Once cooking time is over, quick-release pressure.

Open the lid, add some lemon juice and mix well.

Thats it! Detox vegetable soup is ready.
