Deviled Ham is a quick and easy ham salad with a little bit of a spicy kick. Serve it a spread or dip.

Deviled Ham

onion

celery (finely chopped)

mayonnaise

Dijon mustard

Worcesterhsire Sauce

hot sauce (to taste)

black pepper (to taste)

Add the ham cubes to the belly of a food processor with the chopping blade. Pulse in several short spurts until the meat is finely chopped or minced but not pureed. For me, that usually is about 10 short spurts with the pulse button. Add the onion and celery and pulse 2-3 more times.

Add the ham mixture to a bowl with the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, hot sauce, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.

Deviled ham uses your leftover ham and turns it into a flavor packed spread that is perfect for a quick lunch or a creamy spread that makes a great party appetizer.

Place the ham in a food processor and pulse to finely chop it.

In a large bowl combine the ham, mayonnaise, mustard, tabasco sauce, worcestershire, lemon juice, and pepper. Stir together until well combined.

Serve and enjoy.
