Oven Roasted Dill Potatoes

½ pounds baby gold potatoes (cut in half lengthwise)

olive oil

butter

garlic

dill

salt (or

black pepper (or

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place potatoes in a large bowl.

Stir together olive oil, butter, garlic, and dried dill. Pour over potatoes and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper and then transfer to a large baking pan.

Bake potatoes in preheated oven for 15 minutes, turning over once about halfway through, until fork-tender and crisp on the outside.

Sprinkle with the fresh dill and squeeze juice from the 1/2 lemon over the potatoes, stir, and serve immediately.

Put the potatoes in a pot, fill with water to cover and boil them until they are just soft. This part is important. You will have to cook these further in the cream, so make sure you cook them just to softness, no further.

Drain the perfectly cooked potatoes and put them back into the pot.

Add the butter and place the pot back on the burner.

Add in the cream and cook the potatoes, simmering the cream until it reduces down.

Toss in the chives and the dill, then serve!

tbsp (15 grams) butter (unsalted)

dill dill (finely chopped)

Boil the potatos in a large pot of salted water.

Once tender, drain well, and leave them to steam dry in the pan for 1 minute.

Add the butter, cover the pan with a lid, and gently swirl the pan around to coat the potatoes in melting butter.

Sprinkle the potatoes with dill and serve immediately!
