These salmon burgers are THE YUMMIEST! and made with just five ingredients. The best for a quick + easy high protein lunch or dinner.

Salmon Burgers with Slaw

eggs

breadcrumbs

salt

garlic powder

herbs,

lemon juice

olive oil

cabbage,

plain Greek yogurt

white distilled vinegar (more to taste)

For the salmon

Flake the salmon apart. Mix all burger ingredients together and form into 3 large or 4 medium patties. Heat olive oil over medium heat, ideally in a nonstick skillet. Fry the burgers for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Place on a paper towel lined plate and sprinkle with salt.

For the slaw

Mix all slaw ingredients together. Taste and adjust.

Serve: 

Serve up those hot salmon burgers on a bed of creamy slaw. I top mine with a dollop of extra yogurt and a swizzle of oil and more herbs. Can&#8217;t stop me.

Serve salmon burgers with a dollop of sauce.

This was my first time using canned salmon and I have to admit, I was skeptical. They were so delicious!! Will definitely be adding these to our regular rotation. Such a quick, satisfying dinner.

These are such a good idea for a quick and tasty dinner! I added some Cajun seasoning and will mix in diced bell pepper next time. Definitely going to start keeping canned salmon on hand.

I’m so late to this but if you have a Sam’s Club membership (or a friend or family member with one ;)), the Member’s Mark canned salmon is delicious. It’s just the Sam’s Club store brand.

We love salmon burgers at our house, so I don't think they are weird. :) I have never served them with slaw, but I think it i s a great idea. Great recipe!

Fyi-  I subbed instant mashed potato flakes for the bread crumbs and it worked well 💜

Also added a bit of sugar to the slaw (personal pref.), and made a sauce to top out of Greek yogurt,  a little mayo, smoked paprika, garlic powder, Frank's hot sauce, and lemon juice.

This is my kind of food, I love Salmon any way you fix it....can't wait to fix both recipes...I always use Mayonnaise in my cole slaw, but will try it this way for a change..... giving it a 5* because I know it will be :) just found your website I think, I belong to so many blogs, can't keep up with them all.....So what was for dessert ? I just made Banana Nut Bread today.....pretty yummy, and the heat from the oven sure felt good.....:)

Salmon Burgers

This Roasted Dill Potatoes recipe makes a delicious side dish with some surprising flavors. My method for cooking the potatoes is foolproof: by adding a little bit of water to the roasting pan, you&#39;ll get a tender bite while the skin is crisp and golden.

Roasted Dill Potatoes

lbs baby yellow potatoes

salt (to taste)

pepper (to taste)

water

garlic (finely chopped, up to 1/4 cup)

dill (finely chopped)

Cut the yellow baby potatoes in half and add them to a baking dish. I used a 9 by 9 inch baking dish but you can use any you like.

Add salt, pepper to taste, and drizzle on some olive oil. Give it a mix, and on one corner push the potatoes to the side a bit with a spoon and pour in the water.

Bake uncovered at 425F (220C) for 45 minutes or until golden.

In the meantime finely chop the garlic and the fresh dill. The moment the potatoes come out of the oven and they are sizzling hot, add the garlic and dill right away and give it a mix.

The heat will cook off any of that raw garlic flavour right away. Enjoy

Easy Bulgarian Garlic & Dill Potatoes: This recipe is simply home for me. These easy garlic and dill potatoes are on the menu in every Bulgarian restaurant and on the table in every Bulgarian household. They are only 6-7 ingredients and so unbelievably easy to make. They make the perfect side for lunch or dinner and I highly recommend you give them a try. Dill and garlic are the star of the show but you can absolutely adjust the herbs. Dill in my opinion is one of the most underrated herbs out there and one of the most delicious so I highly recommend you give it a chance. It’s such a refreshing herb and pairs perfectly with potatoes and vegetables. We use dill in Bulgaria in a lot of our recipes and dips and I absolutely love it. This recipe brings me so much happiness and I am sure you have something similar in your culture as well. INGREDIENTS:
1.5 lbs of baby yellow potatoes enough to fit in your dish — cut in half or any potatoes you enjoy
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup water
