Combine vodka and olive juice in a martini shaker. Stir with ice and strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with olives.

Unlike our classic dirty martini recipe, this one is made tequila and a little bit if chili oil! It&#039;s absolutely refusing, delicious and truly unique.

Add the tequila and olive brine in a cocktial shaker and shake with ice for 30 seconds.

Strain over a large ice cube or in a coup without ice (we prefer ice)

Add a few drops of chili oil over the top.

Garnish with 4 green olives and enjoy!

For a dirty martini: 1 to 3 teaspoons olive brine

Chill your martini glass by filling it to the brim with ice and water. Set it aside while you prepare the cocktail. 

Next, fill a mixing glass with ice. Pour in the gin and vermouth. If you’d like a dirty martini, start with 1 teaspoon olive brine. 

Use a mixing spoon to stir the mixture in a circular motion until it’s ice cold, about 30 seconds (which will seem like a long time, but it&#8217;s worth it). If you’re making a dirty martini, taste and add more brine by the teaspoon if desired.

Discard the ice and water in your martini glass. Strain the cold martini mixture into the cold glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or olives. Enjoy!

Much too much vermouth in those ratios. Drop a dollop of vermouth in the serving glass, give it a swirl and discard all that doesn’t adhere to the glass. Add chilled gin.

Kate, my favorite way to have martinis on hand is mixing 1-2/3 C London dry din with 1/3 C dry vermouth. I put this into a jar, cover with a lid, and place directly into the freezer. When I want a martini, I pour out what I want and garnish with olives and maybe add a splash of olive juice for a dirty.  Sometimes I will add an ice cube. Regardless,  mix a batch and freeze for a fabulous drink!

Put two martini glasses in the fridge to chill. Thread the olives onto two cocktail sticks and set aside.

Fill a jug or mixing glass with the ice, then pour in the gin, vermouth and olive brine. Stir until the outside of the jug feels cold. Taste to make sure that it's icy cold and that you’re happy with the dilution.

Strain the mix into the chilled glasses and garnish with the olive skewers.

Ounce Ginger Pickling Liquid (Gari, sushi ginger)

Use an electric mixer, I use my KitchenAid stand mixer fitted with the flex edge beater - beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add all the other ingredients and mix until well combined.  Chill for 3 hours or overnight (will get thicker as the mixture chills and the cream cheese firms up.)

Blue Cheese Dirty Martini 🍸🫒 I know it sounds…weird…HOWEVER …It is delicious. The blue cheese in the shaker is what makes it look milky and adds a delicious lil funk in a fabulous way. It is life changing. My sister who says she &quot;tolerates&quot; blue cheese but isn&#039;t a huge fan was absolutely obsessed with this.

½ oz vodka

splash vermouth (for glass rinse)

½ oz olive brine

castelvetrano olives

½ inch blue cheese (chunk + more to stuff the olives)

Add a splash of the vermouth to your martini glass, swirl, discard (or save). Place glass in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Hand stuff your olives with as much blue cheese as your heart desires.

Fill a shaker with ice, add in vodka, olive brine and a chunk of blue cheese.

Shake for 60-90 seconds. Don’t go past the 90 seconds because it will explode on you like it did on me.

Pour on the chilled glass and add your olives.

In a medium bowl combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, olives, olive brine, black pepper & sauteed onions, add gorgonzola.

Spoon dip into a dish; top with lemon zest and olives.

Serve with crudites and your favorite cracker or chip!

Omg! This is worth every minute of prep work. You can add more olives, lemon zest etc. to suit your taste but I love it as the recipe calls. Had to stop “taste testing.”

I brought it to a party and someone said it tasted like fruit loops and then you couldn’t untaste it 😂
We put it down to the lemon zest, i think i over did the zest thinking that would really give it the fresh kick, but next time i think i may leave it out or just go veeeerrry light.
