I have several friends that are successfully using this diet. One friend said that she has lost a lot of belly fat and is beginning to get her waistline back. She has been on this diet for about a month now. She's the one that gave me the recipe. My hubby's doctor wants him to drop about 20 pounds so we'll see if he succeeds.

I do not guarantee what this diet claims nor do I promote this diet plan. I am only passing it along to those that requested I post it. Good luck. ***(FYI: it most likely will not increase your bust size...LOL!)

DOLLY PARTON DIET

onions

green bell peppers

cabbage

celery bunch

onion soup mix

herb seasonings (optional)

water,

I like this just for its own sake. I don't do the whole diet regimen, I just make the soup to eat as a snack, or with a sandwich as a normal meal. It's good with grilled cheese, the way you'd eat tomato soup. Sometimes I mix in leftover cubed potatoes or meat. I don't usually do the onion soup mix (I never remember to buy it)--I make a half-recipe and add two bouillon cubes and a slug of lemon juice or wine vinegar. Less sodium.

Very good recipe. Light but hardy at the same time. Very healthy. Since the recipe makes quite a lot, for those who are not eating it as part of a diet plan but just as a soup, I suggest cutting the recipe in half or freezing some of it.
