Mine didn't turn out very sweet? I've got it in the fridge bc I ran out of honey which technically I guess what used was called syrup? Idk but it taste like mustard and vinegar. Think I could add extra honey later  before serving?

celery, (roughly chopped)

chicken stock ((one 32-ounce box))

unsalted butter ((2 sticks), melted)

sage

poultry seasoning

kosher salt, (divided)

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.

Arrange the cubed bread in an even layer on baking sheets, and dry in the oven for 30 minutes or until crisp.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the onion, celery, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Cook the onions and celery (stirring) until slightly softened and translucent (about 5 minutes).

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and lightly mist a 3.5-quart baking dish with non-stick spray.

Transfer the dry bread cubes to a large mixing bowl.

First of all, prepare all of your ingredients. I have replaced the mayo with sour cream to reduce calories. Regarding herbs, it is best if you could use all the fresh ones. Chop all herbs into tiny pieces, press your garlic, squeeze juice from lemon and get 2 cups of sour cream.

Let us start with a big mixing bowl into which you can add all of the sour cream and the juice from freshly squeezed lemon.

As the next step, add all of the herbs one by one, which is, in our case, dill, chives, and parsley. Add freshly pressed garlic cloves.
