duo crisp

This Instant Pot Pizza Pasta is an easy to make baked pizza pasta casserole recipe. It can be made in the Duo Crisp, Ninja Foodie, or with any pressure cooker and then finished in the oven or air fryer. I made mine with Italian Sausage and Pepperoni.

Instant Pot Pizza Pasta, Duo Crisp, Normal Pot, or Ninja Foodie

sausage

oz pepperoni (sliced)

onion

T minced garlic

t oregano

t basil

t black pepper

t salt

t crushed red pepper

chicken stock

c red wine (or substitute chicken stock)

28 oz can diced Italian tomatoes, whit juice

tomato puree

oz pasta (I used rigatoni)

oz cheese

Set the Instant Pot to saute and saute...

Set the Instant Pot to saute and saute Italian sausage, onion, and garlic until the sausage is browned.

Add the spices and stir well.

Add half of the pepperoni, the chicken stock,...

Add half of the pepperoni, the chicken stock, and red wine and stir well.

Add the tomatoes and tomatoe puree. Stir lightly.

Pour the pasta on top of the liquid...

Pour the pasta on top of the liquid and gently press down until the pasta is covered with liquid. Do not stir. The idea is to keep most of the pasta off of the bottom of the pot.

Pressure cook on high pressure for 1/2 the...

Pressure cook on high pressure for 1/2 the time stated on the box minus one minute, or 6 minutes if you are missing the box for the time setting.

Quick release the pressure and remove the lid.

Stir in 1/3 of the cheese and place...

Stir in 1/3 of the cheese and place the rest on top of the pasta mix.

Layer the remaining pepperoni on top of the...

Layer the remaining pepperoni on top of the cheese.

Place the air fryer lid on the Pot...

Place the air fryer lid on the Pot and air fry at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.

Remove the air fryer lid and serve!

Instant Pot Air Fryer chicken wings are so easy to make!  And they&#039;re crisp and delicious.  This recipe works for an Instant Pot air fryer lid or Duo Crisp and it also works for traditional air fryers.

Instant Pot Air Fryer Chicken Wings

1½ lbs chicken wings

salt (or

½ tsp black pepper powder

paprika

olive oil

butter

Franks hot sauce

tsp worcestershire sauce

celery (cut into sticks)

carrots (cut into sticks)

blue cheese dressing

Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel.  This is an important step especially if the wings were frozen.

In a medium bowl, stir together salt, pepper, paprika and oil.

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and thoroughly coat with the spice mixture.  (If you have the time, let the wings sit in the refrigerator for an hour or more.)

Liberally spray the air fryer rack or basket with cooking oil or rub the rack with an oil-soaked paper towel.

Place the chicken wings on the rack without crowding them.  The remaining chicken wings will be air fried in a second batch.

Close the lid and air fry for 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

If you are using an Instant Pot air fryer, partway through cooking the display says turn Food.  If you are using an air fryer without this feature, set a timer to turn the chicken wings 12 minutes into the cooking process.

Spray the wings with oil before turning them over. Using a pair of tongs, turn the chicken wings over.  Close the lid and continue cooking.

When the cooking time is up, open the lid and check to make sure the wings are cooked to your liking. Air fry for another 2 minutes, if desired.

Transfer the wings to a medium bowl and air fry the next batch of chicken wings.

Whisk together melted butter, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce.

Coat the chicken wings thoroughly with the sauce.

Serve with celery and carrot sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.

Air Fryer Instructions

Place an aluminum foil-lined rimmed baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Coat the baking sheet with oil, spread the wings on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.  Don&#039;t overcrowd the baking sheet.

Using tongs, turn the chicken wings over and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes or until done.

Whisk together melted butter, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl.

Add the chicken wings to the sauce and stir to coat thoroughly.

Pat the chicken breasts with paper towels until they&#39;re completely dry. This is an important step.

Mix the paprika, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, white pepper, and thyme in a small bowl.

Rub the chicken with oil. Sprinkle the desired quantity of spice mix on both sides of the chicken until covered. Save any remaining spice mix for another time.

Place the metal rack in the basket of the Instant Pot air fryer. Place the air fryer basket in the air fryer and preheat at 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.

Grease the rack. You can either use a paper towel soaked with oil or an oil sprayer. Don&#39;t use canned aerosol oil as that can harm the coating of the air fryer basket.

Place the chicken breasts in the basket and ensure they&#39;re evenly spaced and not crowding each other.

Close the air fryer and air fry for 15 to 20 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit. The amount of time will depend on the thickness of the chicken breast.

The Instant Pot air fryer display says turn Food partway through cooking.

Open the air fryer and turn each chicken breast using a pair of tongs. Close the air fryer and continue cooking.

When the cooking time is up, open the air fryer and use a digital thermometer to make sure the chicken breasts are just about 160 degrees Fahrenheit. If not, cook for another minute or two.

Press Cancel and transfer the meat to a serving plate. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before cutting.

There’s no need to turn on the oven to cook frozen french fries anymore! Air fryer frozen french fries turn out crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. And you can make them in less time than it takes to cook them in the oven or deep-fry them.  If you don’t have an Instant Pot, you can also use a traditional air fryer or bake them in the oven.

Instant Pot Air Fryer Frozen French Fries

Place the air fryer basket in the air fryer.

Add half a bag of frozen french fries to the basket and make sure they&#39;re evenly spread out.

Close the lid and air fry for 15 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

If you are using an Instant Pot air fryer, partway through cooking, the display says turn Food.  If you are using an air fryer without this feature, set a timer to turn the fries 10 minutes into the cooking process.

Open the lid and using silicone mitts, lift the basket and shake the contents so the fries are tossed well.  Close the lid and continue cooking.

When the cooking time is up, open the lid and check to make sure the fries are cooked to your liking. Toss the fries again and air fry for another 2 minutes, if desired.

Transfer the fries to a serving dish using tongs and coat with your choice of seasonings, if desired. **

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spread fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the fries are golden in color.

Season with your choice of seasonings, if desired.
