Make this Delicious Dynamite shrimp recipe just as perfect as you tasted from your restaurant! It is super easy and smothered with luscious dynamite sauce makes as best appetizer or Sides!

Shrimp Dynamite

kilo Shrimps/Prawns

soy sauce

hot sauce

garlic (minced)

salt

For breading:

panko bread crumbs

all-purpose flour

pepper powder

vegetable oil

mayonnaise

chilli sauce

honey

garlic powder

chilli flakes

paprika

oregano

basil

Take shrimp in a bowl, add soy sauce, hot sauce, garlic and salt.

Mix well and let it marinate for 5 minutes.

It has 3 steps: 1st step is  Take the marinated prawns and dust thoroughly with all-purpose flour mixture.

And 3rd coat with the panko bread crumbs.

Bread all the shrimps and keep them ready to be deep-fried.

Gently place the breaded shrimps and fry for 3 to 4 minutes over medium flame.

Remove the shrimps once they are golden brown.

Fry the shrimps in batches and collect them in a bowl.

These all the ingredients to make the sauce.

Add the fried shrimps to the sauce and dynamite shrimps are ready to be served.

Dynamite Shrimp

Cripsy, fried shrimp coated in a spicy mayonnaise dressing

shrimp

oil (for deep frying)

tsp red chili powder

paprika powder

tsp salt

cornflour/cornstarch

sriracha sauce

tsp honey

½ tbsp tomato ketchup

lettuce

spring onions or chives (chopped)

black sesame seeds

white sesame seeds

Prepare the sauce by stirring mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, honey and tomato ketchup together and keep aside.

To the shrimp, add red chili powder, salt, paprika powder, soy sauce and egg. Mix well.

Prepare the dredging mix by combining all-purpose flour, cornflour/cornstarch, salt and garlic powder.

Heat oil for deep-frying.

Using a tong, coat each shrimp with the flour, shake off excess and drop in the hot oil.

Fry on medium high heat till it turns golden and crispy (around 3-4 minutes).

Remove into a sieve to drain off excess oil. Let cool slightly.

Add the fried shrimp to a bowl. Pour the sauce and toss until the shrimps are nicely coated.

In a small bowl or glass put some lettuce on the bottom, add the shrimps and garnish with chopped green part of spring onion (or chives), black and white sesame seeds.

Serve immediately!

Dynamite Shrimp Appetizer

Cup Mayo

Cup Sweet Chili Sauce

Tbsp Sriracha ((or any chili sauce))

Tsp honey

Egg ((whisked))

Tsp Soy Sauce

corn flour

Tsp Sea Salt

lb. Shrimp ((Peeled and deveined, medium in size))

Scallion ((for garnish))

In a bowl, using a whisk mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha and honey together until well blended.

Sauce

Add egg to the large bowl and whisk slightly. Add soy sauce.

Spread corn flour and salt on a different plate.

Next drain the shrimps and add to the mixing bowl with the egg. Mix shrimps with an egg well.

Add shrimps covered in egg one by one to the plate with corn flour, making sure to coat each shrimp with flour.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimps on medium heat, about 1 minute per side. For a total of 2 minutes. Don't overcrowd the pan. I cooked my shrimps in 2 batches. Remove from oil immediately and drain on a paper towel.

Toss the fried shrimps into the bowl with sauce and mix with a spoon. Serve garnished with spring onions.&nbsp;Transfer the remaining sauce into serving bowl or cocktail glass.

Shrimp

Bang Bang Shrimp are crispy, creamy, sweet, and spicy. They are so satisfying served as Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos drizzled with that famous sauce.

Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos (Dynamite Shrimp)

buttermilk

tsp black pepper

onion powder

corn starch

Peanut oil oil

Tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce

tsp Sriracha hot sauce (or

White Corn Tortillas

tomato (diced)

cilantro (coarsely chopped)

In a small bowl, stir together Bang Bang Sauce ingredients and set aside.

Make the marinade by combining buttermilk, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder. Pour over peeled and deviled shrimp and stir to coat. Set aside while you start preheating your oil.

Remove shrimp from the marinade one at a time, letting excess marinade drip off. Dip both sides in cornstarch until fully coated, tap off the excess and arrange breaded shrimp on a platter.

Heat 1 1/2” of oil in a dutch oven or pot to 375˚F. Fry shrimp in 3 batches, cooking for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes until golden brown, crispy and cooked through (turn halfway if needed). Use a strainer to transfer shrimp to rest on a paper towel-lined plate for a few minutes.

Transfer shrimp to a bowl and drizzle half of the sauce over warm shrimp. Toss gently until shrimp are coated and rest for 10 minutes to absorb the sauce.

How to Make Bang Bang Shrimp:

Lightly toast corn tortillas on a griddle, skillet for 30 seconds per side, or over a gas flame if you want some charring.

Add desired taco toppings, top with 2-3 shrimp per taco and drizzle with remaining sauce.

Serve with a sprinkle of cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
