Instant Pot Apple Dumplings are ready in under 30 minutes! This easy apple dumpling recipe uses crescent rolls and a brown sugar, cinnamon, apple cider syrup to make a quick dessert that tastes like fall.

Instant Pot Apple Dumplings

crescent rolls (1 can)

apple

butter

brown sugar

vanilla extract

cinnamon

nutmeg

apple cider ((NOT vinegar! Apple Cider Juice only))

Preheat the Instant Pot by selecting Saute.

Open the can of crescent rolls and roll the dough out flat. Roll each wedge of apple in 1 crescent roll.&nbsp;

Add the butter to the Instant Pot and select Cancel. Add the sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg and stir until melted.

Place the dumplings side by side in the Instant Pot. Drizzle the apple cider along the edges. Secure the lid.

Select Manual and cook at high pressure for 10 minutes.

Once cooking is complete, use a natural release. Let it cool for a few minutes and serve warm, drizzled with the sugar and cider syrup.

These Apple Streusel Cheesecake Bars are a delightful apple recipe perfect for Thanksgiving dessert. They have a buttery shortbread crust, creamy cheesecake filling and are topped with cinnamon apples and a cinnamon streusel!

Apple Streusel Cheesecake Bars

(195 grams) all purpose flour

tbsp (84 grams) packed brown sugar

(112 grams) salted butter, room temperature

(506 grams) chopped apples (3-4 large apples)

tsp all purpose flour

(565 grams) cream cheese, room temperature

(168 grams) packed brown sugar

tbsp (24 grams) all purpose flour

(115 grams) sour cream

tsp vanilla extract

tsp cinnamon

eggs, room temperature

(65 grams) all purpose flour

(112 grams) packed brown sugar

tsp nutmeg

tbsp (56 grams) salted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 300 degrees and prepare a 9&#215;13 inch pan with parchment paper that sticks up above the sides of the pan, so that you can remove the bars later for easy cutting.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar and cinnamon.

3. Cut in butter into the flour mixture with a pastry blender or fork until mixture is crumbly.

4. Press evenly into the bottom of the pan and bake for 8-10 minutes. When the crust is done baking, turn the temperature up to 325 degrees.

5. In another large bowl, combine the chopped apples, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg and set aside.

6. To make the filling, blend the cream cheese, brown sugar and flour in a large mixer bowl on low speed until well combined and smooth. Be sure to use low speed to reduce the amount of air added to the batter. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

7. Add the sour cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix on low speed until well combined.

8. Add the eggs and egg white one at a time, mixing slowly to combine. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to make sure everything is well combined.

9. Pour the batter into the pan with the crust and spread evenly.

10. Spread the cinnamon apples evenly over the top of the cheesecake filling.

11. In another small bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg for the streusel.

12. Add the melted butter and stir together until crumbly.

13. Sprinkle the streusel evenly over the apples.

14. Bake the bars for about 45 minutes or until the center is just set. Remove the bars from the oven and allow to cool on the counter for about 45 minutes, then refrigerate until cold and firm.

15. Use the parchment paper to remove the bars from the pan and cut into bars. Serve cold. Bars are best when stored well covered in the fridge and eaten within 4-5 days.

Absolutely love this recipe! I'll be making dessert for Thanksgiving and so I experimented with it to see if I'd like it. I love it! My boyfriend was so excited to try it that we both had a piece while it was still cooling. It's delicious both cold and warm. Obviously I wouldn't heat this back up once it's chilled because of the cheesecake aspect, but man was it good soon after it was out of the oven. Highly recommend!

These easy Baked Apples are infused with cinnamon and brown sugar from the inside out and taste like the filling for apple pie. Enjoy them as-is for a cozy fall treat, or serve them topped with whipped cream, ice cream, or caramel sauce.

Caramel Sauce ((Try our recipe for easy homemade Caramel Sauce))

Preheat oven to 375˚F. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/8 tsp nutmeg and stir with a fork. Stir in 1/3 cup dried cranberries and set aside.

Wash and core the apples using a melon baller, or small paring knife, leaving the base intact to keep the filling in - don&#39;t cut all the way through! Place apples in a casserole dish just big enough to hold the apples without them touching.

Divide the filling evenly between apples. Top each stuffed apple with 1/2 Tbsp butter, top with walnuts if using, and sprinkle with any remaining cinnamon mixture. Set apples into a 9x13 or 9x12 casserole dish.

Pour 1 cup hot water into the casserole dish and bake at 375˚F for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until apples are soft (but not mushy). Baking time can vary by the type and size of apples you are using. My Jonagold apples (pictured here) were perfect after 45 minutes but I&#39;ve had larger Braeburn apples take 1 hour.

LOL my applesauce is very tasty! Baked too long so I have applesauce instead, which will be great with pork chops.

First of all, I love looking through (a.k.a. "drooling over") your recipes; they're the BEST---my unbiased opinion. I've been searching for an apple dumpling recipe, and the closest I've found is your baked apple recipe.  Even though I imagine it's got to be similar to the dumpling recipe (but with a crust of some sort, and some other mysterious ingredients), it's just not the same thing.  I'm wondering if you could perhaps clue me in on what the actual differences might be, and I'll do the rest.  Thanks in advance, and how you stay so trim with all the yummies you're always cooking!

Another great recipe! (and I added 1/2 tsp apple pie spice for a spicierflavor).

Also, through my experience, if any needed water must be added to the glass baking dish, the water should be very hot. This will help to prevent a glass dish from shattering, as cold water and hot glass do not mix well.

These baked apples were the perfect fall treat. We added a drizzle of your homemade caramel sauce and a dollop of ice cream, and my kids are begging me to make these again!
