Our apricot bliss balls are not just visually stunning, but full of protein and energy. They are super easy to make, taking less than 20 minutes to put together an assortment which everyone will love.

Apricot Bliss Balls

apricot

walnuts

chocolate drops (for melting)

raspberry

tsp freeze-dried passion fruit

tsp Cornflower

tsp crystallised violet

freeze raspberry (whole)

In a food processor

In a food processor add the dried apricots and the walnuts. Process until the mixture starts to come together. You should have a sticky mix when pressed together. This should take around 5 minutes of processing depending on how strong your kitchen appliance is.

If using chocolate, melt

If using chocolate, melt the chocolate drops using the bain-marie technique*. Place the melted chocolate into a measuring cup to make it easier to drip.

Divide the mixture into

Take one part of

Take one part of the mixture and flatten it on your palm. Place one whole freeze-dried raspberry in the middle of the mixture then form a bliss ball by rolling the mixture. Set aside on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Using a spoon, dip

Using a spoon, dip the desired apricot bliss balls into the chocolate and place onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Using a spoon full of melted chocolate, drizzle some chocolate on top of some of the bliss balls.

Decorate with Sous Chef

Decorate with Sous Chef freeze-dried raspberry powder, freeze-dried passion fruit powder, cornflowers and crystalised violets.
