Ferrero Rocher brownies recipe

unsalted butter

cocoa powder

dark (70%) chocolate, chopped

(about 12) Ferrero Rocher chocolates, roughly chopped

grapeseed oil

tbs Frangelico

eggs

brown sugar

vanilla bean paste

plain flour

tsp baking powder

(110 grams) dulce de leche, warmed

The perfect brownie recipe if you&#039;re lazy. It is single serve, high in protein and done in 2 minutes!

Protein Microwaved Brownie

tbsp protein powder

tbsp self raising baking powder

margarine

tbsp apple sauce ((20 g))

tbsp agave syrup

drups liquid sweetener

tbsp milk

chocolate chips

Mix the protein powder, cocoa powder and self raising baking powder.

Add the butter, apple sauce, liquid sweetener and milk. Knead it into a whole.

Add the chocolate chip and knead it into a cookie shape. Add some chocolate chips on top.

Microwave it on 1000W for 30-40 sec or on 800W for 40-50 sec. (check the texture after 40 sec, if it is too soft put it back in).

This dense and fudgy brownie recipe adds chocolate hazelnut spread into the mix as well as crunchy toasted hazelnuts.

300 grams/10½oz dark chocolate, at least 70% cocoa solids

free-range eggs

100 grams/3½oz hazelnuts, roughly chopped

milliliters/2fl oz hazelnut liqueur (optional)
