oz cream cheese

sour cream

garlic powder

onion powder

¼ tsp black pepper – optional

green onion

cheddar cheese

parsley

pecans

tbsp ranch powdered seasoning

½ cup chopped green onion (divided ¼ cup + ¼ cup)

½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided 2 cups + ½ cup)

bacon (divided 8 slices + 8 slices)

Next, add the sour cream and whip again. 

Now add the cheddar cheese, scallions, and spices and whip one last time.

Once the ingredients are mixed together, dump the mixture out onto a piece of plastic wrap and use it to help shape the ingredients into a ball shape, pulling up all the sides around the cheeseball.

When ready to serve the cheddar cheese ball, then take it out of the refrigerator and unwrap it.

Cheese Ball Recipe

oz cream cheese,

green onions, chopped

Worcestershire sauce

oregano

Ground pepper

pecan halves, chopped

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onions, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and pepper.

Lay out 2 pieces of plastic wrap perpendicular to each other. Dump the cheese mixture into the center of the plastic wrap. Gather the plastic wrap up around the mixture and shape it into a ball shape, making sure it is completely covered with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours, but preferably overnight.

Place the pecans on a plate. Remove the cheese ball from the plastic wrap and roll in the pecans, completely coating with the pecans.
