Air Fryer Smoky Roasted Chickpeas

Start by roasting your chickpeas. Add them to the air fryer basket, give them a generous spray of olive oil. at a temperature of 390 degrees F, for 15 minutes. Shake every 5 minutes.

Meanwhile in a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, and spices. Mix well

When the time is up, mix in about 1/2 of the seasoning mix, and set the air fryer for another 2 minutes.

When the time is up, pour them into a mixing bowl and mix in the rest of the olive oil, lemon juice, and spices.

Wow!!! My husband found this recipe and sent it to me yesterday. I made it this afternoon and was so blown away! It was easy to make - so fresh and delicious! I am already making plans to go back to the store to pick up ingredients to make another batch!

This was so quick and easy! I followed the recipe exactly as written and it turned out perfectly. The only thing I didn't have was fresh dill so I had to used dried.
