This Easy Peanut Butter Fudge is only four ingredients and comes together in about ten minutes! You need this peanut butter fudge recipe in your life.

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

peanut butter chips ((see note 1))

sweetneed condensed milk ((see note 2))

peanut butter

vanilla extract

Line an 8 by 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil. (I do find that parchment paper works a little better - see notes in the pos for more details.) Set aside.

In a medium saucepan over medium low heat, melt the peanut butter chips with the sweetened condensed milk, stirring consistenly. Make sure the heat is not too high and you continue to scrape the bottom of the pan to prevent burning.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and the vanilla extract.

Pour into the prepared baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and let set for four hours. This can be done in the refrigerator for easy cutting later or on the coutnertop.

When ready to cut, remove the fudge from the parchment paper. Trim off just enough of the edges to make straight smooth edges. (Or don&#x27;t! This is only for looks.) Cut the remaining block in half one way and then the other way so you have four large squares. Each square can be cut in thirds one way and then thirds the other way so that each of the squares yields 9 pieces.

Store the fudge in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Or eat immediately.

Haystack Cookies are such a fun easy no bake treat. Grab the kids to make this haystack recipe, they will love it!

peanuts ((142 grams))

mini marshmallows ((43 grams))

chow mein noodles ((112 grams))

butterscotch chips ((224 grams))

milk chocolate chips ((170 grams))

Line baking sheets with wax paper or parchment paper and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the peanuts, marshmallows, and chow mein noodles.

In a smaller, microwave safe mixing bowl, mix together the butterscotch chips and chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir very well. Microwave again for 30 seconds and stir really well. (Resist the urge to over microwave as it is easy to overheat the chocolate.) If necessary microwave for another 30 seconds, stirring until the chocolate is smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate over the dry ingredients and mix very well to combine.

Scoop about 1/4 cup sized scoops onto the wax lined baking sheets. Allow to cool. Eat right away or store in an air tight container for up to two weeks.

Sleeve saltine crackers

Sticks butter

Brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place crackers on parchment in a single layer side by side.

Combine butter and sugar in a pot over medium-high heat stirring occasionally.

Once the mixture comes to a boil, stir frequently for 3.5 minutes exactly then remove from heat.

Pour the butter and sugar mixture over the crackers and use a spatula to spread into an even layer, covering all of the crackers.

Bake for 6 minutes.

Add chocolate chips on top and wait 90 seconds allowing chocolate to become soft. Spread evenly.

Use the toppings of your choice to decorate then allow to fully cool before cracking into pieces.

*Speed up the cooling process by placing the candy in the fridge or on a table outside (please keep animals in mind).
