What's your favorite way to drink Baileys?

Set up a double boiler by placing a medium heatproof bowl over a small pot of simmering water. Add chocolate chips and heavy cream and stir until melted.&nbsp;

Turn off heat and stir in Baileys and salt. Refrigerate until chocolate mixture is firm enough to roll into balls, about 1 hour.&nbsp;

In a medium heatproof bowl, microwave white chocolate and coconut oil together in 20-second intervals until melted.

Using a small cookie scoop, roll chocolate into 1-inch balls then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Using a fork, dip each truffle into white chocolate, turning to coat. Place back on baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.&nbsp;

Terrible recipe. The semisweet chocolate was still liquid after an hour in the fridge and when left longer was impossible to shape. Once it was dipped into the white chocolate it immediately began to melt and discolour the white chocolate. I'm honestly mad at the ingredients I wasted trying to follow this impossible recipe.

I have made these a few times, they are amazing! A definite crowd pleaser.

Baileys Truffles Are The Only Holiday Treat You Need

This decadent mint chocolate ganache has a smooth and creamy consistency, making for the perfect addition to any cake, cookie, or tart.

Mint Chocolate Ganache

Cup heavy whipping cream

Cup Andes Mint chocolates (chopped)

Cup bittersweet baking bar (4 squares) (I used Ghiradelli)

Roughly chop the Andes chocolate and the bakers chocolate, then set aside.

In a microwave safe mixing bowl, microwave the heaving whipping cream for about a minute and a half. (You don’t want it boiling, but if its still not warm enough, just heat it in 30 second intervals until it seems pretty warm).

Add all the chocolate to the heavy whipping cream, and whisk until it’s well combined and smooth.

The ganache will harden as it cools, but it will maintain a soft texture.

How to make the best 2 ingredient vegan ganache in 2 minutes! (No coconut cream!)

(225 g) vegan butter

chocolate

In a microwave safe bowl, heat the vegan butter for 45 seconds until melted and hot.

Remove from the microwave and add in the chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate chips have completely melted into the vegan butter (about 1 minute). 

Allow the ganache to cool before using on top of a cake or cupcake, or adding into vegan chocolate buttercream. If using on top of ice cream as a vegan magic shell, you can just pour the ganache as is!

Store in an airtight container and in the fridge for up to a week. To reuse, simply heat in the microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until you reach the original texture.

Such a great recipe! Used it for my friends birthdsy cake and was so good to have a nice simple recipe (especially with no coconut!).

I just came here to say that this is actually a super helpful recipe. 
I started to make cakes using butter ganache and a frost form and get absolutely delicious flawless results really easily, giving me more time for decorating the cake. 
I came to find a vegan butter ganache so I can make a cake for a friend and here we are. Getting ratios right can often be tricky so this has taken out a lot of the guess work! I just need to adapt it for using a vegan white chocolate. Thank you!

Thank you SO MUCH for this! I cannot stand recipes that use coconut milk or coconut oil as vegan substitutes in baking claiming that "you can't even taste the coconut!" I ALWAYS can! This recipe helped me to make the perfect drip for a vegan chocolate cake. Delicious and easy - with no hint of coconut! :)
