This 3 ingredient pomegranate ginger smash is an easy, beautiful, and delicious holiday cocktail. Make just one or two, or make a pitcher for a group of friends with no effort at all!

3 Ingredient Pomegranate Ginger Smash

oz 100% pomegranate juice

oz vodka

oz ginger beer

pomegranate juice

vodka

ginger beer

sugar

rosemary

ginger

Finely chop fresh rosemary and grate fresh ginger. Mix with sugar and place on a small plate.

Wet the rims of empty glasses and dip them into the sugar mixture.

To make rosemary ginger sugar for the rims (optional)

Add vodka and pomegranate juice to a cocktail glass filled with ice. Add ginger beer and stir. Garnish with rosemary, if you'd like.

To make a single drink

Add vodka and pomegranate juice to a pitcher. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Rim the glasses: In a shallow bowl, stir together the sugar and cinnamon. In a separate shallow bowl, pour a few tablespoons of apple cider. Wet the edges of the glasses in the apple cider, then tap the wet edges in the cinnamon and sugar mixture to rim.

Pour 1 ounce of brandy or rum and 2 ounces apple cider in each glass. Top with 4 ounces champagne. Enjoy immediately, garnished with apple slices as desired.
