I made these for our Christmas party amongst other treats, and these were the biggest hit. Super simple and super good. They taste like Reese Peanut Butter cups :)

This was a huge hit at our Thanksgiving get together. I did substitute the maple syrup with vanilla because that was what I had on hand. And I did dip them in dark chocolate. I've made several batches since then, they are in the freezer and ready to go for our work potluck and for Christmas.

I had made them last chriChris and those were so perfect and taste was amazing. LokkiLo forward to make them again this year. I have gotten so many compliments. Thanks for wonderful chriChris recipe.

Let It Snow Peanut Butter Snowballs!

This easy Banana Custard recipe is super quick to make and is seriously SO GOOD. A foolproof banana custard recipe that is delicious served on its own, or used as a pie, tart, cake, and pastry filling.

Easy Banana Custard (Pastry Cream Filling)

egg yolks (, whisked together)

milk

sugar (, divided (add more/less to yoursweetness preference))

vanilla extract

cornstarch

oz unsalted butter (, softened)

banana (, mashed)

bananas (, to serve (optional))

In a large saucepan, add milk and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low to simmer and add in half the sugar.

In a medium bowl, add the remaining sugar and cornstarch. Whisk in the egg yolks until combined. (Only start mixing these when the milk starts to boil).

Slowly pour the mixture in the bowl into the saucepan and reduce the heat to low. Use a spoon or whisk to keep stirring until the custard thickens (around 3-5 minutes).

Take a thermometer and make sure it reaches 185F so it can set properly once cooled. Once it reaches this temperature, turn off the heat.

Add butter, vanilla extract, and mashed banana. Stir until well-combined and remove the custard from heat. Feel free to use a strainer to ensure a smooth custard texture (recommended, but not required).

Transfer the custard to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until set.

When ready to serve, you can fold in extra chopped/sliced bananas and serve the banana custard cool or at room temperature. ENJOY!

Spinach Cream Cheese  Samosa

/2 Cup cream cheese

baby Spinach

Cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated

8-10 Sheets Phyllo pastry

This is the time of the year to make something unique. This Easter Kool Aid Pie is so delicious, yet super fun to make!

Easter Kool Aid Pie

Stick Unsalted Butter (½ cup)

Ounces Whipped Cream

Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 ounces each)

Packet Blue Kool-Aid (blue raspberry lemonade)

Packet Yellow Kool-Aid (lemonade)

Packet Pink Kool-Aid (pink lemonade)

Packet Purple Kool-Aid (grape)

Yellow Food Dye (optional)

Place the butter in a small microwave-safe dish and place it in the microwave for a minute, on high.

Combine the butter and graham cracker crumbs in a medium mixing bowl and mix until a sand like mixture forms.

Place the mixture in your springform pan and press it into the bottom and up the sides until just under the rim.

Place the crust in the freezer until you’re ready to use it.

Place 4 ounces of whipped cream and about 7 ounces, or half of one can, of the sweetened condensed milk in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well.

Add the pink Kool-Aid and mix until no color streaks appear.

Remove your crust from the freezer and spoon the pink mixture into the bottom and carefully smooth it even. Place the pie back in the freezer.

Repeat steps 5-7 for each color. The color order is pink, purple, yellow, blue. When you get to yellow, if the color isn’t as bright as you would like, add a couple drops of yellow food dye to liven it up.

Place in the freezer or fridge for 3 hours or until it firms up.

Top with extra whipped cream, if desired, and enjoy!

These Bunny Pretzels are decadent snacks that are perfectly sweet and salty. Easter is going to be extra fun, thanks to these bunny-themed pretzels.

White Chocolate Almond Bark - melted

Pink and Black Food Coloring Gel

Parchment Paper

Lay out a large piece of Parchment Paper on the counter or table. (Try to get Pretzel&#39;s from the bag that are flat, they&#39;re easier to make)

Melt 3 squares of White Chocolate Almond Bark in the Microwave, and lay Pretzels out on the Parchment.  Fill the spaces in the Pretzel with the melted White Chocolate, and let dry or set for 30 minutes.

Turn each of  the Pretzels over, and from the left over melted White Chocolate, place about 3 Tablespoons of the melted Chocolate in a small dish, and 2 Tablespoons of the Melted Chocolate in another small dish.

Add Pink Food Coloring Gel to the 3 Tablespoons of White Chocolate in the small dish, and add the Black Food Coloring Gel to the dish with 2 Tablespoons of melted White Chocolate.

Using a Toothpick, add 2 Black dots to the lower space in the Pretzel (for the eyes).  Add a small amount of the Pink for the Nose - also using a toothpick.  Add a small amount of the Pink Chocolate to the upper 2 spaces, creating the ears.

Allow about 30 minutes for the Chocolate to set, or dry completely.  Serve, and Enjoy!

How to Make an EPIC Holiday Cheese Board

soft cheese (mozzarella, burrata, goat cheese, Brie)

semi-soft cheese (Smoked Gouda, jarlsberg, blue cheese, Gorgonzola)

1 semi-hard cheese (manchego, provolone, comte)

hard cheese (Asiago, Aged Cheddar, Irish Cheddar, Parmesan)

cured meats (salami, prosciutto, peppered salami, serrano ham, pancetta)

assorted crackers

nuts (almonds, cashews, candied pecans pistachios)

fruit (grapes, apple slices, pear slices, dried apricots, dried cranberries, pomegranate seeds)

extras (marinated olives, stone ground mustard, honey)

Grab your Cheese Board. (slate, wooden cheese board, cutting board, plate, etc)

Place your &#8220;extras&#8221; in various parts of the board in ramekins.

Assemble your cheese (cut and uncut) all over the board.

Now, add your crackers or toasted bread to the board. Remember it doesn&#8217;t have to be perfect or organized.

Unwrap the cured meat and place them in various spots on the board. Sometimes I&#8217;ll look at my board and see where it needs a pop of color!

Take the fruits and nuts you have and fill in any open spots on the board. Place them anywhere. There is no order to this. Just make the board look super full!

How to Make an Epic Holiday Cheese Board

Tired of the same desserts? Give this Shamrock Lasagna Dessert a try. It’s made with oreos, cream cheese, and powdered sugar!

Shamrock Lasagna

Oreos (finely crushed)

unsalted butter (melted)

oz block of cream cheese (softened at room temperature)

sugar

8 oz tubs frozen whipped topping, thawed

3.4 oz boxes of cheesecake instant pudding mix

mint extract

Green gel food coloring (not drops)

Oreo crumbs

Whipped topping

Maraschino cherries

Green sprinkles

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together crushed Oreos and butter. Mix well using a fork until the mixture is like wet sand.

Pour Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Firmly press the crust into all corners and sides of the dish using the palm of your hand. Do this until the crust is flat, even and flush against the dish.

Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes. When done, set aside and allow to cool to room temperature.

When the crust is at room temperature, begin to prepare your layers. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the block of cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 tub of frozen whipped topping using an electric hand or stand mixer. Mix until smooth and fully blended.

Using a rubber spatula, add the cream cheese layer on top of the crust. Smooth and level as flat as possible.

In a separate mixing bowl, blend the pudding packages with the milk on low-medium speed until fully combined.

Add in the remaining tub of whipped topping and blend again until smooth.

Add the mint extract and about 2-3 inches of the gel food coloring. Blend until smooth and the shade of green desired.

Add the green pudding layer to the cake and smooth flat on top.

Place cake inside of the refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight.

When done, garnish with Oreo crumbs. Cut carefully with a knife and garnish individual pieces with whipped topping, cherries and green sprinkles.
