Easy Mini Pizza Recipe

pizza dough package

garlic powder

pizza sauce

mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Preheat the oven to 425° Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking oil.

Spread the pizza dough onto a floured surface and cut into circles with a cookie cutter or rim of a cup. You will have about 12 little pizza dough circles. Place the dough circles onto the baking sheet.

Optional: Melt the butter and mix in parsley, salt, and garlic powder. Brush the pizza dough circles with the butter sauce.

Spread 1-2 teaspoons of pizza sauce onto the dough. Sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese. Add your toppings of choice.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese begins to bubble and is golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Our mini pizza recipe is suitable for vegan and vegetarians as well as family who want to bake with their kids. These mini pizzas are a great twist from the Italian classic but the same authentic dough and flexible toppings for any party you might have.

all purpose flour (I used type 550)

water

yeast

tsp caster sugar

olive oil

salt

tomato sauce

cup, shredded vegan cheese

wt. oz green olives

sour cream

tbsp chopped spring onion

tbsp Italian herbs

Super Easy Mini Pizzas

In a small bowl,

In a small bowl, mix the sugar with the warm water. Sprinkle the yeast over the water and let it rest for about 15 minutes until it begins to foam.

In a large mixing

In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, salt, and olive oil. Make a well in the middle and add the foamy yeast mixture once it's ready.

Knead the dough by

Knead the dough by hand for around 10 minutes or with a standing mixing machine for 5 minutes.<br />
Your dough should become beautifully smooth and elastic. There should be no residue left on the sides of your bowl.

Move the ball of

Move the ball of dough to a highly floured bowl and cover with a damp towel for about 45 minutes until the dough has doubled in size.

n the meantime, prepare

n the meantime, prepare your mini pizza toppings to have them handy for the assembly. Preheat the oven to 185C/ 365F.

When the dough is

When the dough is ready, knock it back. Take around half a handful of dough (or divide into 20 equal parts). Roll it into a round shape as thinly as you like your mini pizza. Repeat until you have a tray full of mini pizzas.

Transfer the mini pizza

Transfer the mini pizza dough onto a baking sheet. Add the desired toppings and bake in the centre of the oven for around 5-7 minutes until the sides of your mini pizzas are golden-brown at the edges.

Repeat the last step

Repeat the last step until you manage to bake all the mini pizzas.
