To make this a little less sugar, I used white choc pudding sugar free yum!! It doesn't taste like it is missing a little sugar! it's good!

Do you prepare the vanilla pudding as instructed on the box before adding it to the pumpkin mix?  Looking forward to making this for fall!

I used Cool Whip--sorry!  OMG!  Even before that it was so delicious!  I am going to try to fool my family and say it is pumpkin pie and cover it with Cool Whip.  I give this 5+++ stars!!!  Go for it!!

In a chilled bowl combine 1/2 cup heavy cream and powdered sugar, beat on high with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, this will take 2-3 minutes.
