Olive Tapenade + 20 ways to use it (Vegan, Gluten Free)

olives

(10 kalamata olives drained)

sundried tomatoes

parsley

capers

lemon juice

lemon zest

olive oil

garlic

Add all ingredients to a food processor or high powered blender. Process until blended. Serve.

Store in an airtight container. Lasts for 2-3 days in the fridge.

tsp red wine vinegar

thyme,leaves only (optional)

Blitz all the ingredients except the thyme in a small food processor. Season with black pepper then transfer to a jar or serving dish and scatter over the thyme leaves if using. Keeps in the fridge for 3 days.
