These Chicken Parm Sliders are possibly the perfect party food! A delicious chicken appetizer or dinner recipe that's amazing for feeding a crowd.

Chicken Parm Sliders

Italian Bread Crumbs

vegetable oil

slider rolls (I used King’s Hawaiian)

mozzarella cheese

marinara sauce

Parmesan cheese

garlic powder

basil

salt

butter, melted

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs. Set aside. Pour the breadcrumbs into another medium bowl. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg and allow excess to drip off, and then into the breadcrumbs to coat. Transfer to a clean plate and repeat the process with all the chicken pieces.

Fill a large skillet about 1/4 inch deep with vegetable oil and heat on medium until the oil is 350°. I place the handle of a wooden spoon into the oil and if bubbles form immediately, the oil is ready. Fry the chicken in batches, about 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate.

Lightly coat an 11&#215;15 baking dish with nonstick spray. Cut the slider rolls in half, if they are not cut. Place the bottom rolls in the pan. Top rolls with 2 cups of cheese and place in the oven for 3-5 minutes, just long enough to melt the cheese. Remove the pan from the oven and spread half of the marinara sauce on top of the cheese. Place a piece of chicken on each bun. Top with the rest of the marinara and then the rest of the cheese. Place on the top buns.

In a medium bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil, and salt. Stir in the melted butter. Pour this mixture evenly on top of all the buns.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until all the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.

These Easy Italian Sliders are made up of savory deli meats, provolone cheese, seasonings, and deliciously fresh buns. When served warm, the flavorful meats with the melty cheese make this combination of slider requested over and over at all the functions!

Preheat oven to 350

Begin layering the pieces of mortadella, then slices...

When all layers are done, replace the top...

Melt the butter and add the garlic and...

Melt the butter and add the garlic and parsley. Brush onto the top of the buns

Bake in the oven for approximately 12 -...

Bake in the oven for approximately 12 - 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the tops of the buns are browned.

Remove and let rest for 10 minutes, then...

Remove and let rest for 10 minutes, then cut and serve!

Hawaiian rolls ((click for homemade recipe!))

unsalted butter ((1 stick))

Dijon mustard

Worcestershire sauce

everything bagel seasoning

Preheat

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13-inch casserole dish with foil and spray the bottom with nonstick spray.

Slice

Without pulling the rolls apart, slice them in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared casserole dish.

Layer

Layer the turkey onto the rolls, and then layer on the cheese.

Place

Place the top half of rolls onto the cheese.

Stir

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stovetop. Once melted, stir in the Dijon, Worcestershire, and everything bagel seasoning.

Brush

Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls. Let the rolls sit for 5 minutes to soak up some of the butter.

Bake

Cover the rolls with foil and bake until they’re warm throughout and the cheese is melted, about 30 to 35 minutes, removing the foil during the last 5 minutes.

I used turkey, ham, pepperoni, and Colby cheese. For the topping, butter, honey mustard, horseradish sauce, and Mrs Dash. Only glitch was I didn't set the timer and the bottoms burned. We had upsid down open face sandwiches😊

These turned out wonderful! Easy and delish.

Used Colby jack in place of swiss, great alternative!
