Cannabis Turkish Delights made with THC Syrup

Cups Cannabis sugar

water

Cup Cornstarch

Tsp Cream of tartar

Lemon juice

Tbsp Rose water

food coloring

Cup Powdered sugar

Place the cannabis sugar, lemon juice, and 1 cups of the water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves and bring the mixture to a boil to create a THC Syrup.

Make sure the temperature of the cannabis syrup does not reach higher than 240F. Once it is 240F, put the heat down and continue to next step.

In another saucepan, place another cup of water with the cornstarch and cream of tartar. Whisk untill there are no more lumps. You now have a nice and creamy white mixture.

Take the pan with the white mixture and put it on medium heat while continiously whisking. Continue to whisk on heat jntill you have a thick paste.

At this point, add the hot THC syrup to the white mixture and whisk untill all incorporated.

Reduce the heat to very low, and leave this mixture on the heat for about an hour. While whisking it every 10 min.

The mixture should be golden and very thick and gluey in texture.

You can now take the THC candy mixture off the heat and add coloring and rose water. Mix to incorporate.

Pour the mixture into a pan dusted with powdered sugar and leave uncovered overnight to set.

Dust some powdered sugar over a surface and place your prepared pan upside down on it. You can now start cutting the turkish delights in it’s shape and dust them individually in powdered sugar.

Tablespoons Cannabis-Infused Butter (Softened)

Cup White Corn Syrup

Cup Dry Milk Powder

Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Cups Confectioners’ Sugar

Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

For this mind-blowingly simple recipe, you simply need to get a big mixing bowl, and combine all of your ingredients together. That’s right, all of them.

Really give it some effort, too. You’ll want to knead this mixture, as if you were making bread.

Once you’ve achieved a thicker consistency, you can proceed to roll the entire thing into rope shapes, before cutting them off in portions. These portions can be as big (or as small) as you’d like.

Cannabis Cookie Butters

cookie crumbs

CannaButter

sweetened condensed milk

evaporated milk

Take a handful of cookies (your choice of flavor! We like chocolate chip, Nutter Butters, Ginger Snap and Oreos!) and add to a food processor. Blend until it forms a very fine powder.

You’ll need 2 cups of cookie crumbs, so just keep blending cookies until you get there. (All cookies are different, so we can't give you an exact number of cookies to get to two cups.)

Melt your CannaButter in the microwave or on the stove and stir into your cookie crumbs. Mix well.

In a small saucepan, combine the condensed milk and evaporated milk and heat lightly. Slowly add to your cookie mixture. You most likely will not need all of it. Keep adding small amounts of the liquid until the cookie butter is just wet enough to stay together. The amount you need is based on the type of cookie you choose.

Store in fridge for up to two weeks. If needed, you can heat slightly before spreading/dipping

How to Make Cannabis Cookie Butter

No Jello boxes! No corn syrup!<br><br>These all-natural, low-sugar cannabis-infused gummies are ideal for making with 100% fruit juice. <br><br>This is my everyday pain medicine recipe! 

Keto Friendly Edibles: Easy Low-Sugar Cannabis Infused Gummies Made With Fruit Juice  

Cup 100% Fruit Juice

Tablespoons Knox gelatin (Not the jello boxes)

Liquid Syrup Sweeteners

Teaspoon Citric Acid

Teaspoon Natural Food Color

Teaspoon LorAnn Mold Inhibitor – (potassium sorbate) – optional

Cup Cannabis Infused oil or less (oil, butter, tinctures

Teaspoon Lecithin Powder

Optional Natural Flavors

In a small saucepan, combine ½ cup of 100% fruit juice and 2-4 tablespoons of your desired “syrup” sweetener and or additional cane sugar, monk fruit, or stevia blends, etc. If you’re using powdered granular lecithin, add it now to your juice and blend it with an immersion blender or whisk. Use the liquid as instructed. (For liquid lecithin, see Step 7)

Once the sweetener has been dissolved, add 1 teaspoon citric acid or more to taste. If you don’t have citric acid, you can substitute lemon juice. The acidic addition enhances and brings out the flavor of your fruit. Mix well.

Optional: Add any form of natural food color you choose. Mix well.

Sprinkle 4 tablespoons of plain “Knox” gelatin over the juice mixture and let set to bloom. Continue stirring until there are no lumps.

Optional: Add ½ teaspoon of Lorann mold inhibitor (potassium sorbate) to the mixture and stir well.

Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until it becomes hot and smooth.

Remove the mixture from the heat. (If you are using liquid lecithin, add it now to your cannabis oil and blend it with a mini immersion blender along with any additional cannabinoids.) Create a vortex in your juice/gelatin mixture with an immersion blender or whisk, then slowly add your oil to create the emulsion. Adding slowly and steadily will keep the emulsion from breaking and separating. Mixing can take a while, depending on the amount of cannabis oil you add. Be patient.  Add ¼ cups of cannabis-infused oil or less. You can use oils, butter, or concentrates, depending on your preference. Mix well!

Once everything is mixed, pour the mixture into silicone molds of your choice. 

Let the gummies set until they are stable enough to move into the refrigerator. Leave until firm. This can take a few hours.

Congratulations! Once the gummies are firm, gently remove them from the molds and store them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. You can keep them in the fridge or freezer to make them last longer. But be sure to label them and keep them out of reach of children or pets.
