Everything Bagel Seasoning Crackers

In a bowl, mix in the flour, salt, and seasoning. Combine well.

Add in the oil and mix in, so that it is evenly distributed in the dry mixture, and there are some crumbs of the flour.

Add in the water 1-2 tbsp at a time, and make a dough that is not too sticky. You don&#039;t want to add too much water and keep the dough on the slightly hard side.

Once the dough comes together, let it sit for 5 minutes, then knead again to make it a bit smooth, then roll it out between two parchment sheets to 1-2 millimeters thick.

Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, score the rolled out dough, then transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet, bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, then check. Move some of the crackers around and bake more if needed.

I like to bake it with the fan on, but if you dont have fan that works as well.

Ingredients needed

As a first step, prepare all of the ingredients. Everything bagel seasoning can be made in your house in less than three minutes following our recipe.

Fathead Dough

We start with preparing our fathead dough. Place shredded mozzarella into the pot and start melting on medium heat until all cheese has been melted. Once you see the cheese entirely melted, switch off the stove and add almond meal as well as one egg. Using a wooden spatula, incorporate the egg and almond flour into the mozzarella cheese. Keep mixing until you get everything combined and a fathead dough starts forming.

Rolling

You can preheat the oven to 200 Celsius or 390 Fahrenheit at this step. Place the dough onto parchment paper and start rolling into a really thin sheet.

Egg Wash

Once your fathead dough is rolled out, you can start with the egg wash. Ensure all egg wash is spread on the whole sheet of rolled-out fathead dough.

Cutting

Using a pizza cutter, cut the whole sheet into your preferred shapes: squares, triangles, circles, or rectangles.

Everything Bagel Topping

The last step is sprinkling the whole sheet with everything bagel topping. Place into the oven and bake at 200 Celsius or 390 Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes.
