Fireball Cupcakes

yellow cake mix

cinnamon

c. vegetable oil

eggs

c. Fireball whisky, divided

c. (two sticks) unsalted butter, softened

c. powdered sugar, divided

pure vanilla extract

kosher salt

I used a chocolate cake mix and poked holes with a fork in the adult ones (green wrappers) and brushed Fireball on the tops to soak in. They were delicious!

This recipe is delicious! I found that the frosting produced a lot more than I needed so next time I may cut that in half. I also added cinnamon to the frosting!

These were super easy to make. I made half the icing as suggested by previous reviews, but I used the same amount of Fireball for an added kick! These were a hit.
