Easy UBE BUTTER Recipe | Keeping It Relle

This Cranberry Honey Butter is a fantastic condiment, great for biscuits, rolls, muffins, and pancakes. It only takes minutes to whip up and makes a great gift!

Cranberry Honey Butter

salted butter (, room temperature)

cranberry sauce

honey

Place all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer until combined and smooth.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula and beat again until perfectly light and fluffy.

Spoon into a ramekin or 4 ounce glass jar; leave on the counter for up to 2 days or transfer to the refrigerator in an airtight container for longer storage (bring to room temperature before serving.)

This pumpkin butter is made with real butter and spiced pumpkin puree. It&#39;s fluffy, smooth, buttery, tastes slightly sweetened, and full of warm spices, which is perfect for the fall and the holidays! It&#39;s incredibly easy to make and requires only 5 ingredients. Try it with out pumpkin dinner rolls for the best fall dinner roll and butter combo or use it with your daily meals to make bread and baked goods extra tasty and irresistible!

Pumpkin Butter

pumpkin puree ((9 ounces is about 1 cup + 3 TBSPs))

brown sugar (packed (light or dark))

pumpkin spice (*see notes)

unsalted butter (softened)

In a nonstick pan or a saucepan, add the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin spices, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Heat the pan over medium heat and cook the pumpkin mixture until it becomes thicker, about 4 to 5 minutes. Stir constantly with a rubber spatula. By the time the pumpkin mixture is done, it should look smooth, easily slips off the spatula, and not leave any pumpkin residue, and peel off the side of the pan.

Transfer the thickened pumpkin mixture to a plate and spread it out to cool. You can also let it cool in the fridge for about 15 minutes, uncovered.

Once the pumpkin mixture has completely cooled, transfer it to the stand mixer bowl along with the softened butter. Using the paddle attachment, whip on medium until the butter and pumpkin mixture is well combined. Scrape down the bowl and paddle and whip on medium high speed until the pumpkin butter is light and fluffy, about 5 to 10 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and paddle as needed.

Transfer the pumpkin butter into a butter container or a serving ramekin and use immediately. You can also give the butter a light sprinkle of flakey salt for an extra touch of saltiness right before serving.

Leftover butter can be refrigerated for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 3 months (see &quot;Storage&quot; in the post above for more details).

Homemade Butter

Pour the cream into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Beat on medium speed for about 1 minute. Once the cream starts to thicken, increase the speed to medium-high and continue beating.

After about 5 minutes, the cream will start to separate. Continue beating until the butter and the buttermilk have fully separated. You may want to drape a tea towel over the mixer to keep the buttermilk from splashing onto you during the last couple of minutes.

Using a fine mesh sieve, strain off the liquid.

Place the butter in a clean bowl and cover with cold water. Use a spatula or your hands to knead the butter, pressing out any remaining buttermilk. Repeat this process until the water is clear.

Place the butter on a plate and, if desired, stir in the salt.

In a stand mixer:

Pour the cream into a large mixing bowl. Using your electric hand mixer, beat at medium-high speed until cream starts to separate, about 10 minutes

Continue beating until the butter and the buttermilk have fully separated. You may want to drape a tea towel over the top of your hands and the edges of the bowl to keep the buttermilk from splashing onto you during the last couple of minutes.

Using an electric hand mixer:

Pour the cream into the bowl of a food processor. Process on high speed until the butter and buttermilk separate, about 5 minutes.
