Compost fruit crumble

½ lemon, juice only

golden caster sugar

flour

grams/3½oz butter

60 grams/2¼oz rolled oats

pumpkin seeds

almonds

tbsp sesame seeds

tbsp demerara sugar

cream or custard

Stewed nectarines, pears and apple covered with a delicious toasted oat and nut topping. Far too good for the compost heap!
