Apple Enchiladas

8" tortillas

cinnamon

cup(s) butter

cup(s) white sugar

cup(s) brown sugar

When we first mixed this, it was a little thick and we weren't sure we go the texture right. But, once it chilled magic happened. The ingredients absorb into each other and the salad becomes the perfect cool and creamy treat. With 3 simple ingredients, it can be whipped up in a flash. This may replace traditional fruit salad at your summer cookouts.
