brioche

eggs

c. milk

vanilla extract

I didn’t like this recipe. First of all, cannoli cream came out too watery and thin so I kept adding more ingredients to make it thicker or else this would be a disaster while frying toast on a pan. Even after I had to adjust cream, it made toast too soaked it. Be sure to add ingredients!

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix.

Fill 24 mini cupcake holes with the mixture.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden.
