If you're looking for an easy dip recipe that always pleases, you'll want to try this Knorr Spinach Dip Classic Recipe. It only takes a few minutes to throw together and can be made ahead of time.

Easy Knorr Spinach Dip Classic Recipe

Ounces

Ounces Sour Cream (1 container)

Cup Mayonnaise

Water

Green Onions (thinly sliced)

1.4 Ounces Knorr Vegetable Mix (1 1.4 ounce packet)

Start by placing the frozen spinach that has been thawed in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 3 minutes to cook the spinach. Place the spinach in a strainer to let the water drain off and the spinach cool. Pro Tip. If your strainer has larger holes, line it with paper towels first so the spinach does not fall through the holes.

Next in a bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, Knorr Vegetable Mix, chopped water chestnuts, and sliced green onions. Stir until combined.

Squeeze the liquid from the spinach and add that to the bowl. Stir until well combined

Place the dip in a covered container and refrigerate 2 hours. This will allow the ingredients to meld together for a great tasting dip.

Serve in a medium bowl or bread bowl. Use as a dip for Pumpernickel bread, Rye bread, Marble Rye bread, crackers, fresh vegetables, or corn chips.

Easy Knorr Spinach Dip Recipe

Pulled pork is just pork that has been shredded. Due to the slow cook methods used paired with simple seasonings, it is a soft textured meat that is delicious served on its own, or on a bun with some BBQ sauce or coleslaw. 
Here is the simple recipe that I use for making my pork.

How to Make Pulled Pork

Pork Shoulder (4-5 pounds, can use Pork Butt)

Teaspoon Paprika

Tablespoon Garlic Powder

Teaspoon Onion Powder

Salt

Teaspoon Black Pepper

Mix the seasonings, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl and set aside.

Trim any excess fat from the pork. Season all sides with the seasoning mix.

Place the seasoned pork in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours, high for 6 hours, or until tender.

Slow Cooker for Pork.

Prepare the smoker and preheat it to 225 degrees Fahrenheit. Smoke the pork for 6-8 hours until tender. When the fat “bark” starts splitting and letting out some of the juices, it’s time to wrap it in aluminum foil. This will trap those delicious liquids and baste the meat in them for the next few hours.

Smoking the Pork.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the seasoned pork in a baking pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 6-8 hours until tender.

Once the pork is cooked, use two forks to shred it into small pieces.

It is ready to serve.

Arrange jams, olives, pickles, almonds, pistachios, and fresh mozzarella on your cheese board in small bowls or ramekins.

Next add thin sliced meats, fanning them or rolling them into a cigar shape.

Next add cheese wedges and slices, fanning them around the small bowls or ramekins.

Then add crackers or bread, stacked, or fanned out.

Next add cubed cheese, fruit, and crackers. Filling in any small openings on the cheeseboard.

Ounces Cream Cheese (2 packages softened)

Cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)

Green Onions

Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit for about an hour and come to room temperature. You can also use a very low power setting on your microwave and soften it for 30 seconds.

Once the cream cheese is softened, add it to a mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients, Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix, shredded cheese, and beer. Mix and serve with the diced green onions on top if desired.
