Mettez tous les ingrédients au fur et à mesure dans un récipient.

Mélangez jusqu'à ce que la pâte devienne fluide (sans trop de grumeaux).

Découpez vos bananes en rondelles, hâchez le chocolat pour en faire des pépites puis ajoutez au mélange.

Enfounez à 150°C (thermostat 5) pendant environ 40 à 45 minutes (jusqu'à ce que le dessus soit bien doré).

In a large mixing bowl, pour the plain yogurt.

Add the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and oil. Whisk until combined.

Add all-purpose flour, baking powder, and mix well.*

Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving. The cake will keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Mettre le yaourt dans un saladier, conserver le pot, il vous servira pour les mesures, mettre 2 pots de sucre et mélanger, ajouter ensuite la farine et la maizena puis la levure, mettre les oeufs et bien mélanger, ajouter ensuite le pot d&#039;huile et mélanger délicatement, puis vous pelez 2 pommes que vous allez couper en dés, et hacher du chocolat, mettre dans un moule beurré et cuire 35 à 40 min th 180 ou 6°c.

Preheat the oven to 355 degrees F/180 degrees C. Using a pastry brush and softened butter, butter, and flour, an 8-inch/20 cm round cake pan.

To make the batter,

mix flour and baking powder in a medium bowl. Pour the yogurt into a separate large bowl. Clean the jar to use it as a measurer. Add eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla sugar to the yogurt and beat with a hand whisk for a few seconds. Add the oil and quickly mix. Fold the dry ingredients and vanilla sugar into the yogurt mixture and gently mix, just to combine. Please, don't overwork the batter! At this stage, add citrus zest or fruits, apples, pears, lemon zest, etc.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake on the middle rack of the oven for 30 to 40 minutes. A cake tester or the tip of a knife inserted in the center of the cake should come clean or with a few moist crumbs.

Let the cake cool for 5 to 10 minutes before unmolding, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with icing (powdered) sugar if desired.

½ sachet de levure chimique

d'huile

pot de yaourts nature

Verser votre Yaourt nature dans un saladier. Puis nettoyer votre pot de yaourt, celui ci servant désormais de mesure.

Ensuite verser le reste des ingrédients en utilisant votre pot de Yaourt comme mesure :- 2 pots de farine- 2 pots de sucre- ½ pot d&#039;huile- 3 oeufs- ½ sachet de levure chimique- 1 sachet de sucre vanillé

A cette étape vous pouvez mettre à préchauffer votre four : thermostat 6-7 (200-220°).

Mélanger le tout à l&#039;aide d&#039;un fouet afin d&#039;obtenir une pâte onctueuse.

Beurrer votre plat à gâteau puis y verser votre pâte.

mettre de l&#039;aluminium sur le gâteau avant de mette au four pour éviter que le gâteau ne se colore trop vite.Enfourner votre plat dans le four en utilisant des gants de protection.Temps de cuisson : 25min

Une fois les 25 min de cuisson passées, retirer votre plat (toujours en utilisant vos gants de protection!).

Voila votre gâteau au yaourt est prêt, vous pouvez maintenant le déguster. Bon appétit!
